How to make tea?
2 teaspoon tea for 1 Cup (8 oz.)
180 to 190 F (82 to 88 C) water (not boiling)
and steeped 34 minutes.
High quality Oolong tea is reusable 3-5 times
3rd, and 4th steeping -- > usually best
