We have pleasure in presenting to you the March 2015 edition of Numero Uno. We are sure

all the good news in this issue will act like a whiff of cool breeze in this summer heat.

During the month of March, our popular CSR Activities - Free Tyre Safety Check-up

Camps and ‘Environment and you’ – continued to receive tremendous response. A major

highlight of this month was our Annual Select Conference, that was held at the JW Marriott,

Delhi, during which the winners of the 2013 and 2014 Select Audit were felicitated. The

conference ‘Together Further’ true to its theme, gave everyone present an opportunity to

meet, bond and share ideas to take Bridgestone to the next level.

Much to our satisfaction, the POS Installation and SOP training is gaining momentum. In

March, the total training figure was 265 with 231 re-trainings. We applaud the consistent

efforts of the Bridgestone Team.

The Bridgestone family is growing bigger and bigger with every passing month. In March

we welcomed five new Select Appointments to our fold, with two in Indore and one each in

Faridabad, Ludhiana and Salem. We assure our new family members of our utmost support

and wish them great success.

Our Retail team with sheer dedication and hard work has successfully completed new POS Installation and SOP Training at 265 new stores. POS and SOP Re-training 231.

pOS iNSTallaTiON & SOp TraiNiNg

The Free Tyre Safety Check-Up Camp initiative continued during the month of March 2015. This time the camp was conducted at Manickam Co Firm. At the camp, all the participants had their vehicle tyres professionally checked by Bridgestone’s technical team, and Nitrogen filling facility was also provided. The camp reached out to more than 500 customers.

The following months will witness the Free Tyre Safety Check-Up Camp in more cities across India.

We continued with our CSR Activity ‘Environment & You’, a drawing competition for kids at our Bridgestone Select Super Concept Stores. The children were given drawing materials and a theme of ‘Environment & You’, to express their understanding and perception of the current environment. The Drawing Competition carried the message - from the kids to their parents - of protecting the environment. The activity was carried out at: Sai (Tyre Division), Tinsukia

The Select Conference this year was held at JW Marriott, New Delhi on 26th March, 2015. The conference gave all those present a platform to discuss, deliberate and arrive at the best way forward for Bridgestone. A enriching knowledge seminar too was conducted by renowned author and motivational speaker Chetan Bhagat.

The results of the Retail Audit 2013 and 2014 were announced during the Select Conference. We sincerely thank all our select members for their active participation in the conference.
