1. Free Design Consultation: A brief discussion with your

NuMedica® Representative or NuMedica® Art Director

over any ideas or expectations you have for your custom

private label (color choices, design style and product

names).

2. The Design: We do not use templates. All of our labels

are unique to each practitioner. Our Art Directors will

review the information that has been given and design a

label that fits the style, image and logo of your practice

within 2 to 3 days.

Product Names: The practitioner gets to develop their

own product names. If no names are submitted; generic

names will be given to each product.

NOTE: The names can be changed on the next

order of that product but there will not be a refund

for existing product with applied labels.

3. Presentation: We will present you with three different

label designs based on the information that you supply

us. You have the option to select one or modify it so that

it meets your satisfaction. The label chosen will act as

the master file from which the other labels will be

created.

4. Label Proofs: A copy of each label is submitted to the

practitioner for approval. Labels will not be sent to print

until they are electronically or verbally approved by the

practitioner.

IMPORTANT—

“Turnaround Time” does not start until a label is

approved.

Production Process

Daily Print Deadline: Labels are sent to print every day

by 12 p.m. (CST) and are available by 12 p.m. (CST) the

next day for application. Orders submitted after 12 p.m.

(CST) will not be sent to print until the next day at 12

p.m. (CST).

Turnaround Time: There usually is a 1 to 2 day

turnaround time. Your order will be labeled and shipped

out the next day after being received from printing.

NOTE: Please allow 3 to 5 days for first time orders

as more work is involved in the initial set-up.

Larger orders may also require extra time.
