Replacement of parts of downpipe. This then jetted. Comments: I was especially pleased with the attention to detail of Graham who gave the estimates. Also with the excellent communication.

Supply and replacement of all guttering, facings and downpipes. Comments: All work carried out as specified and at the price quoted. Operatives courteous and helpful even when I sought a slight change to their work which entailed a longer time on site. Refused a small gratuity even though I felt it merited it.

Total cost of work: £2039.31 (inc. VAT) Description of work: New code 5 lead flashing to valley roof and lower roof. Comments: Very impressed. Excellent service. We noticed a roof leak in our porch and DW Roofing came out that day and the next day to put a temporary measure in place. Then after receiving a quote, the roofers carried out all the woks to a very high standard.

Total cost of work: £12,853.20 – This is a 3 storey building and a huge amount of scaffolding was required. Description of work: Strip and recover flat roof and 2 dormer windows. Install new downpipe and refit gutters. Repaint gutters and pipes. Comments: We had had considerable trouble with the roof and guttering. Mr Watson has provided solutions to all of these explaining in detail before and during the building work what was happening.

Description of work: Mr Watson’s team replaced 11 broken roof tiles (terracotta) after storm some two years ago - then again recently (during lockdown) two tiles had slipped owing to a very strong wind and these had to be put back in place on the second level of the house. Additionally, a small piece of tile was blocking a gutter and this was put right at the same time. Comments: Always courteous and arrived when they said they would – job well done (on both occasions). I would use this firm again in the future, if needed.

Total cost of work: £130, but have spent £1200 before. Description of work: This last time, fixed leaking roof quickly, replaced tiles, cleaned around Velux window. Previously replaced all guttering on my house. Comments: Best roofer in West Lothian and Falkirk areas. Fully reliable, excellent quality of work, does what he says, completes on time, super nice person. Lived in town 22 years, many roofers and bad experiences. Mr Watson’s company is by far the best.

Removal of old lead flat roof and replacement with new felt on timber one including insulation etc. Comments: The quote when given was a lot less than anticipated. Mr Watson was timeous, courteous and professional throughout the process, keeping in touch and updating me.
