REAL-WORLD WORK EXPERIENCEStarting on your junior year, you can earn up to 6 academic credits from working 2 internships to gain professional experience and practice your skills in the real world. Aside from keeping a database of companies and organizations that provide internships, the FLORHAM CAMPUS CAREER DEVELOPMENT CENTER works with our program by providing students the skills necessary to secure employment such as résumé-building, cover letter writing, and mock interviewing.

CAREERS BEGIN WITH AN INTEREST At FDU we develop your interest by exposing you to a variety of courses in contemporary graphic design, getting you acquainted with its history, the modern tools and techniques, foundation concepts as well as ever-evolving ideas and trends. You will create a variety of projects to build your design portfolio. We will challenge your design sensibility, know-how, and conceptual development through practice in diverse contexts, critiques, internships, and, of course, more practice…always with the goal of making you the best designer you can be—knowledgeable, progressive and adventurous.
