Working Sets - Definition
Working sets are saved collections of managed objects. Drag and drop these sets into other Nokia NetAct applications that accept objects to be dropped into them. A working set contains any number of managed objects of any type, and one managed object can belong to any number of working sets. A working set will be either manual or criteria-based.
Most frequently Working Sets are used to group cells according to:

Manual and criteria based Working Sets
A manual working set is a fixed collection of managed objects. You can create a manual set by collecting a group of managed objects and saving them to a working set. The contents of a manual set remain the same unless you edit it. For more information, see Creating manual working sets .

Criteria based
In a criteria-based set, you save a rule according to which the managed objects are collected. Each time the set is used, the objects are fetched from the database according to this rule. You can create criteria-based working sets in Managed Object Browser by saving search criteria into a set. In Working Set Manager you can rename criteria-based working sets and edit their descriptions, notes and keywords. For more information, see Creating criteria-based working sets and Saving search criteria as a working set in Managed Object Browser Help.
