c. Participate in development of National Incident Management System (NIMS) (encourage use of Preparedness Model)

d. Participate in review of existing authorities being carried out by the DHS Secretary (09/01/03)

2. Assess security clearance needs for NRT & RRTs

3. Address radiation response issues and potential RRT role (tools for response, lead Federal agencies, public protection information and outreach)
