Metra introduces the DIN rail vibration monitor M14. It is suitable for monitoring unba-lance and bearing vibration at machines as part of a con-dition monitoring scheme. In addition to conventional wide-band monitoring of acceler-ation and velocity, the M14 can monitor narrow frequency intervals by means of an FFT. This enables very selective limit values which can be particu-larly useful for product testing and quality control. Settings and measurement data are transmitted via the front side USB interface. An RS-485 bus is provided via DIN rail connectors which simplifies the connection to PLCs. Metra

The BMA400 permits continuous, low-noise measurement of motion on three axes with 12-bit digital resolution and two selectable bandwidths.
