I have used Comprehensive Spine & Sports Center for over 2 years for massages formy migraines. Susan does a wonderful job, she listens to what my problems are andcenters her massages around them. Both my husband and I came here after a badauto accident and their help was great. They worked on all the different things thathappened to us and did a great job!

I have migraines and have been going to Comprehensive Spine & Sports Center forwell over a year for massages. Wow! what a difference the massages make. Susan iswonderful! She will ask you all about your problem and then gears her massages tothe areas that are your problem spots. Every time I go back to the doctor for myheadaches she always ask if I'm still getting my massages. They have a massageplan and you can get your massages at a very reasonable price! I went to Dr. Cohen after suffering a bulging disc while weightlifting (deadlifting to beprecise). Although, I have virtually no back pain I have a good deal of numbness inmy left leg. I saw Dr. Cohen three times a week for five weeks-six weeks. At the endof that time period, I had not gotten any better but actually got worse. I now hadpersistent back pain that I had not previously experienced. I attribute the pain due to astanding hyperextension stretch (which I have now learned through others iscounterproductive). Thankfully the pain has gone away since ceasing this activity. Ifeel the problem with Dr. Cohen’s treatment philosophy is that it is dependent on thepatient in a deconditioned physical state. The overwhelming majority of Dr. Cohen'streatment is exercise. This type of treatment may have success if the injury wasactually caused by deconditioning but it is unlikely to have success with athletesand/or those in good physical condition. It struck me as being quite bizarre to haveme do lat pulldowns with 30lbs as part my rehabilitation when I can do 15+ pull-ups

with strict form. If you have no exercise experience at all, maybe this type oftreatment could help. However, I would advise those who are athletes or have a solidfoundation of fitness to avoid this practice.

Unfortunately, I did not benefit from my treatment. I eventually had surgery, thatcorrected my pain. I am very upset that my father, James Schenning, came there toget some relief from some back pain that he was experiencing, and now he is in muchmore pain! You should never have performed treatment on him without knowing hisdiagnosis. Why would you not have wanted at least an exray or mri prior totreatment? Very displeased and disappointed!

I come to the Comprehensive Spine & Sports center to get massages for my migraineheadaches. Susan has done a wonderful job of relaxing the muscles in my back andshoulders, which were a big part of my problem. I try to come very 2 weeks. This isnot covered by insurances , but their prices are very reasonable and can fit in mybudget. When you get rid of pain you keep coming back!!! I now have my oldestdaughter, sister-in-law, son-in-law and best friend coming here for massages!

Ever since I've started treatment for stiffness in my neck and tension in my bank I'vebeen feeling 100% better. I've had fewer headaches. Also on my first day it wasdiscovered that I had HBP. Recently my blood pressure has improved and I lost 7pounds. I found this office after throwing my back out while trying to catch my twins. I couldbarely walk- I couldn't drive. I was at the mercy of friends. Dr. Cohen & his staffquickly got me back to being mobile & pain free- then they started working with me soit wouldn't happen again. I have been treated for 11 months after a terrible car vs. sanitation truck rear-endedcollision. Dr Cohen and the staff in my estimation are great at what they do, veryknowledgeable and yet a very relaxed atmosphere with friendly and caringindividuals. I've also gotten to meet some fellow-patients; every one is a character,including me. I highly recommend CSSC for chiropractic and p.t.

I am most pleased with all my experiences. Previous visits to a chiropractor could notcompare to the care and help I received at CS&SC. My chronic joint issues are beingaddressed and helped. My pain level is lower than it has been in years. Thank you toDr. Cohen and his staff.
