added to our c harges, this causes our prices t o exceed t he fixed price) but may change for you if your payment method or meter type c hanges or you dont

continue to meet t he eligibility criteria of t he tariff. 42 per fuel premium includes VAT at the reduced rate of 5%. Offer subject to availability and may be

statutory or licensing authority, and, when added to our charges, this causes our prices to exceed the fixed price) but may change for you if your payment

method or meter t ype c hanges or you dont continue to meet the eligibility c riteria of the t ariff. Offer subject to availability and may be withdrawn,

Meter read reminders:We'll use the reading(s) you supply to produce your next bill whenever possible. There may be some circumstances when it isn't

possible to use your meter reading and in this case we'll estimate your consumption. Our agents will still require acc ess to your meter t o take readings and

for safety checks. The meter reads you supply will be in addition to our own meter reads and will be used to provide the most up-to-date view on your

statement. For gas, charges apply to sites served by the National Grid Gas network. Excludes any electricity discounts for c ustomers who have no mains

gas.
