Protocol for Calculation of Non Project Missed VolumeNPMV =Complex Monthly Energy Curve corresponding to the Actual Wind Speed for the time period of the Non-Project Event in MWh / No of hours in a month * Availability factor of the Complex during Non Project Event * No of hours of Non-Project Event

The availability factor of the Complex during a Non Project Event in any month is the Apparent Availability of the Complex during the whole month (the Reference Period) immediately preceding the month in which the Non Project Event has occurred.

The apparent availability of the Complex during the Reference Period is calculated as:

Apparent Availability = (A + B) / CWhere,

A =Net Delivered Energy during the Reference PeriodB =Non Project Missed Volume during the Reference PeriodC =Complex Monthly Power Curve Energy corresponding to the Monthly Actual Wind Speed (i.e. CPCEmaws) for the Reference Periodprovided that if a Non Project Event occurs during the first month following the Commercial Operations Date then the availability factor shall be calculated over the period commencing on the Commercial Operations Date and ending on the last hour immediately preceding the Non Project Event.000-01-00-021-002 Issue I
