• Keep what we have.. Attendance

1. We must recognize the importance and make an issue of it.

2. Keep records and track it.3. Encourage it through “C.I.F.” Communication, Involvement, Fellowship4. Brothers who attend 4 or more meetings

annually don’t stop paying dues.5. We have to make every effort to get

them to Lodge.

Guard the West Gate

• The Petition and Interview process must be clean!• Make sure signers know the Man and vouch for him.• Follow through by Mentors…Annually, 200-400 Men are voted on and petitions accepted that are never raised.• Brother Secretaries please enter the petition into MORI once it is voted on by the Lodge.• Ensure that all new MM’s prove up on their 3rd Degree

Value our BrothersI solicit that we all make a masonic promise here today and I ask you to take this back to your lodges and ask all of your Lodge Brothers to make the same promise.

I promise, as a Mason, that I will always value my Brother Masons. That I will do everything in my power to ensure that no Brother Mason is ever lost to the Craft due to my lack of diligence or failure to care.No mason who slips into a limited physical, financial or mental capacitydue to age, accident or misfortune will be lost to my lodge if it is in my power to prevent or help prevent it.

Thank you Brothers
