Car valeting bays are a fantastic, cost effective way of providing shelter for your staff and equipment. Simple to construct and less space consuming than a traditional garage building.
All our valeting bays are manufactured using the highest grade material - the strong framework is made from 50mm O.D. galvanised steel and the cover made from heavy duty PVC making our car canopies extremely durable and long lasting. Our car valeting bays are available in 4mtr, 5mtr or 6mtr wide, the base unit is 4mtrs long which can then be extended in mtr increments...as long as you need.
Our valeting bays are self supporting and no excavation is needed; not only this they are extremely low maintenance compared with other traditional buildings - meaning it’s guaranteed to look as good a year later as it did when it was first installed!

WIDTH: 4mtr, 5mtr or 6mtr wide LENGTH: Base unit is 4mtr long, you can then add additional 2mtr sections...as long as you like.

FRAMEWORK: Heavy duty 50mm steelwork with galvanised finish. 32mm galvanised bracings.
COVER: Heavy duty 610gsm PVC covering. Fire Retardant – Meets and exceeds BS 7837:1996.The cover is supplied in 2m sections which are easier to handle, store and install. Supplying the cover in 2m sections will also be cost effective to replace in event of any damage.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
BRACE BARS: Used to give extra stability to your structure in adverse weather conditions.
GROUND PINS: 600mm ground pin used to secure your shelter on soft ground.
STORM STRAPS: For further securing your shelter. Kit includes ratchet stram and ground pin.
GABLE ENDS: Work shelters can be fitted with Gable door or fully enclosed ends. Door opening 2.5m wide x 2.1 m high

The work shelter has been designed to withstand building site conditions. Optional 2m extensions can be added to any of our shelters making it modular to suit the job. Optional ga-ble end covers can be attached, allowing the shelter to be secured for on site storage or protect against the elements whilst working.

Container canopies can span a gap of varying sizes between two 20 foot or 40 foot shipping containers.
The durable PVC covering is fire-retardant and waterproof and provides shelter from rain, bright sunlight, and other conditions. Constructed from 60mm galvanised steel they can withstand heavy winds and storm conditions. The slanted top allows rain and snow to slide off, reducing the risk of damage or leaks.
The space can be used for storage, and can protect farm produce such as hay, can provide a sheltered space for outdoor work, or can be used as a space to park cars or other vehicles, or to store equipment so that it is easily accessible.
The canopy comes in sections and so it is easy to store, install and uninstall. The canopy is adjustable, so that different amounts of storage space can be created between containers depending on requirements. Container Canopies are convenient and portable, so they can be quickly installed when extra storage space is necessary and kept in a more sheltered place at other times, increasing the life span of the product. Additionally, the canopy provides easily accessible cover in case of a sudden shift in weather, when produce has to be protected in a hurry.
Extensive European standards and regulations are in place regarding this kind of product. Our container canopies meet all of these standards and are designed and built in-house.
WIDTH: The canopy will suit containers spaced between 4500mm and 8700mm. LENGTH: Available in either 20ft or 40ft .
HEIGHT: Standard Height of container approx 2870mm. Height from the floor to the centre of canopy 5750mm.

The collapsible stackable work shelter was originally designed for Volker-Rail. The brief asked for a smaller (than our standard 4,5 and 6mtr) work-shelter that was easy to erect, collapse and stack.The hinged design ensures easy transportation and storage when not in use or transporting from job to job.
WIDTH: Adjustable between 2.5mtr - 2.8mtr.
LENGTH: 2.2mtr (modular design - link several together).
HEIGHT: 2.4mtr.
