Ball Valves

Our IPP Division, which has been operational since 2000 is headed by Ruud Roodenburg. IPP stands for Instrumentation, Projects and Packages. Ruud Roodenburg and his colleagues are technically and commercially responsible for the IPP division. They have all acquired a wealth of experiencein engineering, supervising and supplying of instrumentation and piping projects during the past 25 years. IPP has its own fully equipped measuring and quality department headed by Frits Verhees.

Instrumentation valves with a working pressure of upto 15000 psi play an essential role within the IPP division. IPP has succeeded in launching a completeprogramme of valves onto the market in co-operation with Colson Industries Ltd., one of the leading maufacturers of instrumentation valves.

For engineering, building and assembling of Instrument- enclosures and assemblies, Noxon IPP has a

fully equipped workshop at its disposal.

Body Cavity Vent / Downstream Exhaust [-VC / -VX ]

-VC Body Vent OptionDESIGNED to prevent the locking in of pressurein a system that may cause a machine to oper-ate. The downstream vent is always open to at-mosphere when the valve is in the closed posi-tion, venting the downsteam pressure and render-ing the system 'Fail-safe'.

Extended Lever Handle [-ExL]

The versatility of the 'BH' Series valves allows the endconnectors to be supplied with either SINGLE or TWINFerrule compression fittings for tube. Metric or Imperial.

A simple way of extending the handles for clearance aboveinsulation or lagging of pipework or just to place the handleinto a more accessable position - [Lever Handles Only ]

Available on all the 'BH' Series and it's derivativesMaximum panel thickness is 3mm for standardkits. Thicker panels can be catered for.

Anti-Tamper/ Security Unit [Lever Handles Only]Locking sleeve is simply lifted whilst valve is usedand then the lock is replaced in either the OPENor CLOSED position. Padlocks can be suppliedeither all to pass or individual keys.

Dimensions are the same for all pressure rating ie BWSB and BWST Series.

Valve seats are tested at 10% above rated pressure [ BS 6755]. Using any higher test pressure will damagethe seats. Use the valve half open on system tests above seat rated pressures.
