  • Now, I am sitting in my living room with my second family, my evs team Francesco,Ümran, Selim and Giorgia in the hotel. The weather is really good by the contrast with the other months. There is spring outside and birds are singing some songs. I'm happy as much as possible but in the same time I'm sad cause I have to finish one story. Story about my EVS. From today I have just 16 days to end. 5 and half month flown away, passed very very very fast. So like every story, this story have a beginnig, also very unusual beginning. In this article I'll not write too much serious things unlike the other articles. Cause what I did here was a serious job but I'll prefer to write this story with everything which happened. So let's start to story of "L.I.V.E"...

So, before one month to came here, to Ramnicu Sarat, before everything I spoke with G and Volodea on skype. It was the certain beginning of the story. I was already selected as a participant. The issue was that I never spoke english with somebody before that conversation. I was really stressed about that. I was thinking I couldn't do that and something will go wrong exatcly. We connect immediatly. And first time I saw Volodea and G and I didn't know that They will be my second family. We started to talk about project, condition of accomadation, about food, about the other participants, about content of generally Erasmus+. We talked about everything except city. When they started to talk about that I stopped them. Cause I wanted that to be a surprise for me. I was not the know anything about the city cause I was wanting to explore city by my own. When I look now it was a good decision :). After this converstaion I was sure about goıng. It was a hard process to convince my family. I was living separatly during the university like 5 years. They were get used that but when the issue came to living in foreing country to everythings is change about their ideas. I was talking about the fundementaly of EVS. And at the end I convinced them and I went to capital city of Turkey to start visa process. Volodea helped me about this process cause as a Turkish citizen its hard to get visa from European Countries. But cause of that help I get my visa like 8 day which is actually impossible. After that I went to university city to say goodbye my friends. I spent 3 days. I went to İzmir my hometown. I spent time with my family. That one month passed very fast and departure time was coming. I was so exited. Last 5 days I went to Ankara again to say goodbye to my friends. And at the end It was the time to go Romania. A foreign county, different culture, different language, different lifestyle, different, different, different. I met with Selim in airport. And we start to go Romania. After 2 hours with plane, thats it, I was in another country.

Angelina and one Turkish participant from another project were waiting for us in the airport. We met with them and we started to wait for Volodea. I was looking name's of the places. Cause I never saw some different language like this. After 10 minutes I met first time Volodea. I didn' t know that he will be my "Frate" after 5 months . We got in Volodea's car and we started to go Ramnicu Sarat. It was funny cause in that 2 and half hour Volodea didn' t speak any word. It was in night and I started to think like "-Okey They'll bring us a place without any knowledge and they will take our organs" In the end we arrived our hotel and there were some local volunteers who were waiting for us. Luckly they were talking english and my first intereaction with Romania happened like that. We order something and we start to eat and after that we went to sleep. It was my first times in Ramnicu Sarat and also now I cannot forget any moments.

So first week we were very busy, everyday Volodea took us from hotel in the morning and we started to travel all schools and

kindergartens in Rm.Sarat. We started to meet local people, children, teachers shortly with everyone. In that times was just a little bit hard for me cause my english was not so good. But I never gave up about trying to speak. Also second week we didn' t do nothing except meeting people. After 2 week Selim and me had already meet almost all the local teacher, polices, students and children, local volunteers of course, some people from municipality, a lot of people from local society and also vice major. It was amazing. There is too many reason about this but firstly Ramnicu Sarat is a little town and like everytime people said "Everybody knows everybody" So you just have 2 chances. You can adopt this society or you can stay in outside. Also we were the first 2 people who will do volunteering in Ramnicu Sarat. So after we came everybody was curious about us and of course they wanted to meet with us. At least after 2 weeks we adopted the society easly. But this adopting issue cannot thinking without Volodea. During this 2 weeks he was always with us I mean really always. When we were making breakfast he was with us and he introduce us to somebody. When we were making lunch, dinner it was the same. When we were waiting for some paper it was the same, when we were going to school it was the same, So as you understand We adopted to society such easly cause of Volodea.

And the third week we start to work in schools. I cannot forget when ı went to school first time and try to teach something to children. One of local volunteer was with me of course and he was translating for me. I was changing everytime classrooms and I was doing some energizers for meeting. It was awesome cause all the children was really surprised and exited. Also except energizer I gave some little information about my country and also about that they were too curious. But I cannot imagine to go school without local volunteers. Cause in some schools there were some teacher who were speaking english but in some schools and kindergartens nobods were speaking english. So except body language it was impossible to communicate. The local volunteers issues was also a success of Atce by the way. So in the same time like I said in the same time I was getting using to society, living in foreign country, accomodation and foods. I started to learn simple daily words in Romanian Language. Whenever I used that verbs people were laughing in good way. Also I forgot to say from the first week immediatly we start to language lesson and cultural lessons. So like I said we had a very busy scheudule. But It was good for us cause in the other way without doing something it can be little boring. So in the summary it was the best way to adopt everything. After first 3 weeks we already get adopted everything, we had local friends which we are still keep in contact now.

So the last week of the first month, there was another adventure which is waiting for us. "On Arrival Training". Me and Selim choose to go there in first month. So when the time arrived first time we had to travel by ourselves. We went to train station in Rm.Sarat with Volodea. And we started to travel to Predeal. In that travel I realized that in Romania trains are absolutly on time. In Turkey it's impossible :) The funny thing we didnt believe that when we're turning back and we missed the train from Ploesti to Ramnicu Sarat :) Whatever we arrived to Predeal in night cause of that I didn' t realize that landscape was how beatiful. But when ı woke up in the morning and when ı went near to balcony, ı saw an amazing landscape. It was unexplainable.

During the training course everyday, we woke up in the morning and we went to one part of hotel for training. It was pretty same with departure training but i cannot say that it was unusefull. Again I learned

a lot of things about Erasmus+, my rights and responsibilities and a lot stuff like this. But obviously for me this training more important about the meeting good people and taking information about their culture. , I met Spanish, French, Italian, Greek, German, Austrian,Portuguese. Like I said this dimension of OAT was better than the other for me. I gained a lot of stories. It was a chance for knowing differences of Europian Countries and for me if I have to say truly I like the people who is from south of europe :) Everynight till the morning we were talking about different issues. At the end training course is finished. We said goodbye to each other, but it was not a really goodbye. Cause we're still in keep in contact with them. And I met with them too many times during this 6 month. During this story I'll tell also about this meetings

So We went back to Ramnicu Sarat after different travel. Like I said we couldn' t get off from train in Ploesti and we went to Bucharest. We came back to Ramnicu with bus. But when we tried to catch bus we couldn' t find to bus station. Luckly when we were walking in streets of Bucharest unconciously I saw a Turkish shop and we got in inside. The woman was speaking Turkish and she helped us. We got in her car and she brought us to station . I'll never forget that goodness.

Ups, I forgot one important thing. "Edu Performing Training Course". It was the second week and participant came to Ramnicu Sarat from Italy, Spain, Estonia, Crotia, Greece and Turkey. I was going to schools and kindergardens and when my job finished ı was joining them . It was very helpful for me about non-formal methods but also it was important for me cause ıt was the first contact with European Countries. Like in OAT also in Edu Performing I met with amazing people. For example I met with Carmen from Spain. I didnt know that but we met in Ramnicu Sarat 2 times more. We are still in contact also. 2 days ago when Edu Performing youth exchange finished I said to goodbye to her. But probably It was not a real goodbye. We will met somehow. Also I met 4 crazy Sicilian which dont know Engish. But nevertless we enjoyed too much. Francesco, Luigi, El nino and Cristian. I'll never forget them and their stories. When I look know It was an amazing week also.

Whatever lets go back to first days of second month. When we come back from Predeal, we return our daily program again. Selim and me were waking up everyday in morning and we were going two days to primary school and two days to kindergarten. It was going good day by day, cause we were get using to children and also the better point they were getting using to us. First days of second week we were exited about one other issue cause another participants from Turkey and from Italy arrived to Ramnicu Sarat and family grown up with Francesco and Ümran. First days We helped them to get used. Especially to Umran cause Francesco came here before for a Youth Exchange. But also with help of Volodea they get used easly like us. So we became a family like in our hometown and like in our house.

So december passed very fast. Everyday was an ordinary day for us. We were waking up every morning we were making breakfast, lunch and dinner together. but we were going to school seperatly. When we were doing breakfast we were talking about what we gonna do in schools or kindergarten that day. Also in lunch we were talking about what we did. As we planned 2 person were cooking everynight for everybody . After dinner we were going to outside and we were talking about somethings in general or cultural or about life shortly about everything. It was good for us to know Italian culture. And ıt was good for Francesco to know my culture. At the and of december Antonio

(friend from On Arrival) invite me to his flat in Bucharest for new year eve. I went 4 days before new years eve and ı met with him in there. The issue is he was in a flat with also my friends from OAT. So I met again also with Thomas, Vicky, Nora, Aimy and Marion. I didnt know that but Antonio invite all of the participants from OAT. So in new year eve night we reunioned in Bucharest in a flat with more than 30 people. It was an amazing night, my best new years eve night and probably it will stay like that in the future.

After this Bucharest days, I realized that I missed my EVS city: Ramnicu Sarat. So I went back 3 of January to Rm. Sarat and I started to work with children again. Everyday was ordinary but in the same time everyday was different cause everyday when I went to schools or kindergartens or youth center or city center, I was learning something different. By the way our romanian lessons were going good and ı started to speak some words at least ı learnt how can I introduce myself in Romanian language. We were taking 3 romanian lessons in week, monday , wednesday and friday. Also in friday we were taking cultural lessons. In friday also there was a mentor meeting. Also except that meetings we were meeting with our local friends for spending time. Sometimes they were coming to hotel sometimes we were going to city center for drinking coffee or Romanian water :) When January was finishing also half of my EVS was finishing and ı couldnt believe that(like now also). I just looked the last 3 months and for me it was like just 3 weeks. It was incredible...

So in February, Giorgia arrived to Ramnicu Sarat from Italy for our project. She get used easly cause of us and cause of Volodea. Also February passed very fast but in February I realized that again we were like a real family. About working it was the same with the other months, everyweek I was going alone to school number 6 and 1 and Orizont, Mugurası kindergartens. I was teaching them english, turkish, some information about my country and some stuff like this with non formal methots. I was going alone like Selim and Francesco. Just Ümran and Giorgia were going together to school. But in fridays we were going together to performing.

In march there was some problems about our visa. It was nobody fault except regional immigrant office. But thanks to Volodea we got over that problems easly. March also was ordinary month and we kept loyal to our weekly program. But from the march I realized that also local society accept us to their society. When we were walking on the streets ıt was like our hometown like I said before. Everybody even children were shouting us like "Heeey, Saluuut, Ce faaaaac". We were so popular in city in good way. All the local people was so friendly like last months, soo warm to us. Everybody was tryıng to help us in every situation .

So my month April. In last months I didnt take my holidays. So in april it was to last chance to go some other countries. We planned one trip to Serbia and Bosnia with Antonio and Nuno(friend from OAT).But before that there was a project in Rm.Sarat calling "R.I.S.E". I could just joined the first 4 days of project and again and again I met a lot of good people. I was sad when I was leaving but in the same time I was excited about my trip. So I spent one amazing week with Antonio, Nuno, Ümran and Giorgia 4 days in Belgrad and 3 days in Sarejevo. It was the one of the best week of my life. Despite the unfortunatly things I enjoyed too much. As much as ı could. But during this one week after 3 4 days I started to miss Ramnicu Sarat again :) So when I came back there was second stage of Edu Performing and I met again with

Despite the unfortunatly things I enjoyed too much. As much as ı could. But during this one week after 3 4 days I started to miss Ramnicu Sarat again :) So when I came back there was second stage of Edu Performing and I met again with

Carmen. But also I gained too much friends all over the Europe again.

Soo, after all of this time till now, I can say easly I cannot think this evs without my EVS team. But I dont want to say it like a team. We are more than a family, we are family. We have house and kitchen and one living room for our guests. When project participants came to our home, when hotel was full with participants of projects, like I said to Giorgia "Who are them, why they are invasion our home" :). We had some problems like every family, sometimes we didnt understand ourselves. But everytime we get over that problems. As much as we talked, we knows each others better. For example now I know that when I'm preparing coffee also I'm preparing for Giorgia surely like she did everytime. For example I know Umran will drink 100 litres water each week :) , I know Selim will never wake up in the morning easly if I dont say nothing, I know Francesco will continue to complain about something and we cannot stop him. Also I forgot the talk about you about Sabatino, He is Italian and he is working in Italian Company in Ramnicu Sarat and I met him in front of one toilet of one club. It was just a coincidence but after that he moved to our hotel and he get into the family. Also he was doing erasmus last years in my hometown in "Izmır". Depart from everything, you cannot imagine how I am feeling happy and in my home when we laugh about something together. You cannot imagine how they felt me in my real home. About every problem, we talked together, we get over from that problem, sometimes we didn't understand ourselves but depart from that we understand that we are living in a family and what happened inside of family it will stay inside of family. We never forget that rule and the most important thing we respect each other. I know what they are planning in their future, I hope Selim will get a good job when he turn back his country, I hope Umran can be select by goverment for being teacher, I hope Francesco can open a association in Sicily, I hope Sabatino will find his way and I hope Giorgia can go to university, . I hope them my best and I dont know what they will do but for me doesnt matter, I will never forget them and ofcourse I will push them for keeping contact...

Now, I'm sitting in my living room with my second family. And I'm almost finished to my story in two way, really and ironicly. When I was writing this article I realize that if I write everything I have to write a book . But for remember, I attent national day of Romania, Italian night, Romanian night, 1 march "womans day" and a lot kind of traditional days. I spent my first christmast in Ramnicu Sarat, my first easter in Ramnicu Sarat, my first foreign experience in Ramnicu Sarat, my first contact with European Community in Ramnicu Sarat, my first experience about non-formal education and teaching somethings to children in Ramnicu Sarat and ...... Also I can write an another book about my firsts in Ramnicu Sarat. I'll never forget Volodea "Frate la meu". All of this good things happened because of him. He is one of the best person I ever seen in my life. Except he is a president, He is everything, a friend, a father, a companion... All this 6 months he was just far away from us as a cellphone call, he helped me in everysituation. We ate together, we drank together, we travelled together, we stayed together. Even somethings happened bad he never lost his smile in his face and he said just "No problem". Multumesc pentru tot, multumesc frate... So I'm here and there is just 14 days last. I dont know how I'll leave here but I know one thing absolutly I'll never forget Ramnicu Sarat.

I started to write my EVS experience to say hello with romanian language. Come on I’m here since six months thats not too complicated. Anyway I applied EVS application form then my sendig organization which is called ‘E-Gençlik Derneği’ called me and they made a Skype conversation with me. Good news ! I had been selected as a EVS volunteer in Romania by sending organization. New country , new life was waiting me!

    Fly To Romania

Actually ı had been in Romania three times in the past. It wasnt extraordinary thing for me but ı never stay long time in this country thats why ı was excited. After 1hour fly me and semih who is another volunteer from Turkey arrived Bucherest Otopeni Airport. Volodea who is manager of the Project pick up us from airport the started to jurney to Ramnicu Sarat. Jurney was so interesting because it took three hours without speaking with 130kmh speed. Then I said that they will steal our organs propbaly. Safe and sound ! Yes we arrived Ramnicu Sarat city at night.

Meeting Local People ,Edu Performing, On- Arrival Traning course…

First week ….was process of adapt to city. So we met people where in the local and we visited schools. Actually ı really suprized to atmosphere in here. People was so open minded and talkative which we met. Besides education was looking very well staffs teachers and language education. Everything was looking well. When we joined the class students was so curious about Turkey and Project. It was the best part of my EVS.

Second week ….was continues with EDU Performing Project with multicountries. We were so lucky because hosting organization was applying Youth Exchange Project. We met a lot of people during Project and learned different cultures.

On arrival tranning course in Predeal

I had been on arrival tranning course in Predeal on 23-29 November. All of Volunteers joined this tranning course where doing an EVS in Romania. We were 40 volunteer. I met interesting people there and I discovered city of Predeal, it was full of fun with snowball and laughing a lot. I arrived Predeal by train and that was almost 4 hours Ramnicu Sarat to Predeal but we train wasnt going directly so ı had a chance to visit Ploesti city for 1hour. Anyway ı had an incredible week. It was great to meet other volunteers from all Europe. We learned a lot about the EVS,Axa insurance, Non-Formal methods,Romania and cultures of each other. We worked, played and danced together every night. So Tranning course gave me a lot of experinces and made a new friendship. I’m sure that ı will use which ı learnt here. I am more excited to learn new things, get new experiences, explore the country.New Volunteers I had the chance to live with two italians, Francesco and Giorgiana, one Turkish girl, Ümran and one Turkish boy, Semih. I have learnt from them. For exemple, we didn't have the same way of eating ( pasta with yoghurt :) , to speak to new people ( hear italian) , the same notion of time or organization... For sure, sometimes, deep breaths were necessary and this for both sides ! But at the end, we were always laughing about it !However, EVS is not just about meeting other foreigners. It's especially also about meeting the real inhabitants of the city where you go.

National Day in North Pole Romania is celebrating national day on 1 December enthusiastic manner. I had been during celebration with semih, ümran and with local volunteers. These moments was in my life that ı never forget. Everyone was on the street with flags, posters and they were singing a song. But the weather was really cold and nobody cared it they just tried for fun to celebrate national day of Romania. We've created all people gathered in front of the municipal building and we danced with traditional musics.

What did ı do here ? My EVS schedule had been so simple and understandable. I was going to Kindergardens and Primary schools in weekdays by the way ı got a romanian lessons twice a week and art lessons once a week. Arts lessons was so funny because we were Picasso, Davinci sometimes Van Gogh . With the other volunteers we were doing Non-Formal activities such a games, music, dances, Turkish and Italian lessons in schools. Especially when ı’m joining to class every children is screaming and They say ‘Hello’ in Turkish. It makes me so happy because ı’m representing my country too. This has been the opportunity to bring something new by sharing our hobbies, skills and culture with children. We had a outdoor games such a group games. Children were so excited. They have a full of energy ı felt like child myself. It has given me the opportunity to experience very different kind of activities, with different types of populations and ages. All of this with a particular status not a student nor a working status neither but a volunteer one ! It's a kind of downtime where it's possible to learn and pratice in a non formal way. By the way, I have improved or gained some skills that I can use after, like team working, initiatives, project management, communication and sometimes leadership skills.

Travelling Well …It was a dissappointing for me. If you are a Turkish citizenship you must to know every rules about your passport besides you must to say one thousands time of your situation to imigrant office in Romania.I’m sorry but service is not workıng very well in this country thats why ı couldnt go out from Romania despite my friends went to vacation of Balkan countries. On the other hand I have traveled Brasov, Constanta, Bucherest, Buzau during these travels ı tried hitchiking Keep in mind that its working very well in Romania but if someone wants a money from you after it dont suprize

Living and Learning Culture of Romania ..Sarma, Kozonak, Palinka,Tuica, Christmas lights,Paskalya and more.. As you know Romanıa has a different culture ıf ı compare Turkey. I learned a lot of things about Romanian culture and life. We visited families in here. İt was so special moments for me. They were so hospitable with drinks and foods. they were glad to have compagny and to have the possibility to show their country and culture to foreigners.

Say Goodbye To Your Second Family What can ı say about my EVS? hımm..Most important part of Project is that changing myself. I increased self-confidence and autonomy. Moreover, on this eve of coming back home, I feel also that I'm carring a new energy.I am feeling so motivate myself…. For me 6Months in Romania mean that be part of this family make a very good friendships, meet amazing people, to be active citizenship,to look different perspective, to be socialize, to speak a little bit Romanian, try to comminicate with body language, find a travel in Romania..I really like this country its with full of fun and nice people. So, thank you to all of the people who have supporting me during these 6 months !

    BecauseI’mHAPPY :)

Well, i don’t know from where i can start, but after few months let’s talk again about this fantastic experience.I didn't write since the end of February (my 3rd months of EVS), in the last 2 months March and April many thing happened, march was really good period of it, in my opinion one of the best month also because after the 1st part of the EVS in our family everything became a routine every little thing now it’s like in one normal family. In our stage every single activity we did took us to improve the knowledge gained in the first months of evs; so every day we improved studied or created Our methods to be used in school with children or various activities to do in kindergartens with the little ones. The most beautiful thing is that every morning during our breakfast we are going to think about what we can implement or improve in our regular work or also the activity that we have to do in that morning. After every morning section we all come together for lunch and during it we discuss about what we have done and how, and where we went wrong or not...So, now this is our regular family’s life if we are talking just about our mission (EVS), because maybe it's better do not talk much about our " free time of guys in twenties"..:)…But i assure you that we are totally integrated in the city, with youngsters local volunteers and in general with everyone; our free time here for me it's wonderful even if we are not in new york city, Sidney or London. After have been at the traditional nights of Turkey and Romania, it was our turn (Italians) prepare an traditional night; so with giorgia we started to think what we could have organize to show our friends and our "family" something special of our culture and our traditions; to be honest it was not easy for us, because we are coming from two places in Italy totally opposite she's from Torino and i'm from Messina the opposite poles of Italy.:).:).. we have different culture and traditions and especially a different sub-culture that certainly did not facilitated our work, and in fact after several days of preparation the fateful day arrived; Rightly as Italians we had to arrive late....it's in our DNA , in fact we had ONLY 45 minutes while the guys (youngsters and local volunteers) were waiting for us in youth center, but that's not all, because the most "beautiful" thing that we did was that we improvised 90% of all that we have done, but in this as Italians we are good, good to making fun people and steal a smile even to the most sad; so with a little 'improvisation a bit of Italian style, we completed the evening , talking about culture in general and doing some difference between north and south with the special help of one Italian youngster that is working and living here with us in the hostel; we also talked about the various problems that nowadays we have in Italy (economy, working, education etc etc.) but especially the most interesting funny and curious thing we did, where the guys were involved and where all together we had fun, was the presentation of some Italian gestures that we use to communicate without speaking..:)...and in the end could not miss a old style Karaoke with the biggest Italian successes. The following week was a very intense week in schools, but over the weekend I went to Bucharest with my brother Semih, together for the first time in the Capital; it was a great

weekend (I can not tell you the background and everything) so let's talk about sunday when i boarded the plane and went to Italy to spend the Easter with family (also because I spent my Christmas in Ramnicu) the days in Italy were regular and normal days with some friends and my relatives, Easter it was a good day i enjoyed my time with my big family and nothing more, the funny thing is that two days after Easter i felt the need to come back to Ramnicu, and I could not wait to take flight from Catania .. :). When i arrived in Ramnicu there was a youth Exchange in which we took part as external support, where we found some friends met in December and where I met so many other people; at the same time I celebrated Orthodox Easter, it was something new but very interesting, I went in church during the night and then as orthodox ritual to the cemetery to light candles for loved ones. And for this beautiful and new experience I have to say thank you to Maria and Florin who gave me this opportunity that certainly i will never forget. After the Easter with EVS family we only had two days of relax and then we took part in another project here in town. Be on time, it was a training course about time management; in the same time we continued to go to schools and kindergartens with our regular activities. In general this project was something useful for our EVS because almost all activities we did have been something new from which we learnt. In the same moment a little sadness was living on our faces because the end of April was coming and it meant the end of the EVS for Semih and Selim. The days were running fast and we haven't had time to realize what was happening that we were all together in the youth center to say goodbye to Selim and in no time at the airport to greet Semih; that one was the worst day of my EVS, since the morning i couldn't understand how these five months together have flown, and during the way from Ramnicu to Bucharest all the times we had together between breakfast lunch and nights spent in disco or as free time here and there were flashbacks in my mind. But then it came the time to say goodbye and Like i said to him, "you are the brother that i didn't have in my life before the starts of this EVS". The most beautiful example that i can say is that our family has made 18 years and the first two guys are left to do other experiences, to live something different to take different roads and now i'm here in my room and everything seems surreal, in the morning my brother doesn't knock the door or when he didn't wakes up i don't go there, or we don't have to wait Selim till last minute because he loves to sleep much..:).. ; but life is like this, so I can only say THANK YOU guys THANKS..... thank you for this beautiful experience of life together, now our family here in Ramnicu is made up of two sisters (Giorgia and Umran) and a brother (Me) but we always think to you and we miss you so much....TATA Volodea is always next to us after all it's our TATA..:)....!!! Now i have only one month of volunteering, and also i'll say bye to this beautiful reality and this project , but our EVS family will keep us united forever...Noapte Buna guys.A little message..:)..:D…..Try to Live your life as best as you can, and you will not have regrets of nothing.

    Francesco.

GEORGE ENESCU

    Hi everyone!

Today is the third of june, now I’ m in Rm. Sarat since four months, and many things happened, so that I even don’ t know from where I can start. The first two months were full of new things to discover, I came here without expectations and knowledge, but everything since the first night was good, I started to create relationships with my team, and after few time everything became routine, but in a good way, in the way in which many new things came from outside everyday, but we deal with them in what became „our way”, like a family! After that of course there were the activities that every morning we made with children, trying to do our best to make them happy and to teach someting useful. The third month was the „projects and trip” month, everyone in the same week went to trip somwhere, and at home we had three different european projects (RISE, EDU Performing and Be On Time), in which we participated after our activities in the schools. This was a crazy month, full of new people, new experiences, new knowledge... and no sleep! Now I finish the fourth one, that for me was the most difficult. It was totally different from the others, because I spent it without one part of the family (the turkish guys who left in the beginning og the month), and with the consciousness that also the other will go. It was not easy for me to adapt to this situation, because even if we spent just three months together, I became so connected with them, and knowing that also the other two were living, everything was harder. We continued to do our activities in the school, and they started to go in some classrooms „pentru la revedere”. At a certain point I left Rm. Sarat to go in Busteni for my Mid Term Evatuation. Like for the On Arrival Training there were people from all over the world, that choose to do an EVS in Romania. We were fourty people from 15 different nationalities, everyone more or less in the middle of their volunteering. But the difference with the OAT was that this was not a training, but a meeting with other volunteers to share the experience so far, and evaluate it. We had three days of activities from 10 to 6 o’ clock, in which we had the real chance to share with the others our problems and try to find solutions. We focused also on our challenges and goals, and there were many moments of self reflection, in which we could think about what we talked about til that moment. It was a good week for me, because I met many interesting people with who I spent my free time, and I reflected about my project, and what I lernt and gain til now. I focused also on my job here, and I realized that it was so good for me to stay with these children and make activities with them. Also create activities was very interesting, and I remember that when I came here I really didn’ t have any idea about what to do every morning, but working with the others I had the chance to take something from everyone, and step by step I think I improved my activity and the impact of that with the kids. Now the school is almost finish, I have more or less two weeks of work, but after that I will do different activities in the next months, and in july other turkish people will come for another EVS, so it’s not finish! I will let you know with another article...

For now, have a good night/day.. and LIVE!
