The Office Administrator is a hands-on position with broad responsibilities. The position will require experience in bookkeeping as well as general office administrative skills. The Office Administrator serves both internal (employees) and external audiences (clients, partners and vendors), exhibits responsibility and professionalism, and is an effective communicator. The position operates with direct supervision from the Operations and Investor Relations Manager but must demonstrate initiative and the ability to execute responsibilities independently. This position is non-exempt and part-time. ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES• Accounts Payable and Receivable proccessing • Taking Board/Committee meeting minutes • Managing filing system• Event/Board meeting set up and tear down• Maintaining and entering information into databases• Scheduling appointments• Greeting clients and visitors as needed• Prepare reports and collect and analyze information• Proofreading information as needed• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing• Helping organize and maintain office common areas• Performing general office clerk duties and errands• Processing incoming and outgoing mail daily• Coordinating events as necessary• Maintaining supply inventory and office equipment as needed• Assisting with social media and other marketing functions as assigned• Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATIONThis is an hourly position with a minimum of 16 hours/week with the potential to grow to 24 hours/week. Compensation is $14-$16/hour and determined by evaluating qualifcations. Position is classifed as part-time, non-exempt.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Associate’s Degree preferred• Two+ years of relevant experience required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS• Accounts Payable and Receivable principals• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills• Strong computer skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and experience with Salesforce is a plus • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• Detail-oriented team player with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment• Understands and has the ability to learn the role and responsibilities of the position• Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality• Demonstrates professional judgment and discretion• Use of excellent time management and interpersonal skills• Comfortable around technology and implementing new software• Ability to interact with all levels of management
