The following pre-K providers have been pre-qualified for PHLpreK, the City of Philadelphia’s initiative to create affordable, quality pre-K for thousands of 3- and 4-year-olds. To be eligible for PHLpreK, children must have turned 3 by September 1, 2016, and families must reside in Philadelphia.
