NMTC Working Group Presents Interpreting and Complying with the New NOAA Language and FAQ GuidanceNMTC Working Group members will help you to better understand the new NOAA language and FAQ guidance by providing examples of various issues that may arise in applying the guidance to possible NMTC transactions. The new guidance, which provides new restrictions on the use of QLICI proceeds, will apply to all QLICI investments made from the 2015-16 allocation round and is likely to apply in future rounds, so compliance will be an important topic for new transactions.
