NOVENA PRAYER FOR St. JUDE THADDEUS
(Patron for the Desperate)
To be prayed for 9 consecutive days.
Step 1:
Make the Sign of the Cross. Pray the following words while
moving your right hand from your forehead to your heart, to
your left shoulder and then to your right: In the name of
the
Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Sprit. Amen.
Step 2:
Say the following prayer:
St. Jude, glorious apostle, faithful servant and friend of
Jesus,
the name of the person (who betrayed our Lord) has caused
you to be forgotten by many, but the true Church invokes you
universally as the Patron of things despaired of. Pray for me,
I
am so helpless and alone. Intercede with God for me that He
brings visible and speedy help where help is almost
despaired
of. Pray for me, who is miserable; pray for me, that I may
finally
receive the consolations and the succor of Heaven in all my
necessities, tribulations, and sufferings, particularly (ADD
YOURPERSONAL REQUEST HERE), and that I may bless God with the
Elect Throughout Eternity.
May the Sacred Heart of Jesus be Adored, Glorified,
Loved and Preserved throughout the world, now and forever.
Sacred Heart of Jesus please pray for me.
St. Jude, Worker of Miracles, please pray for me.
St. Jude, Helper of the Hopeless, please pray for me. Amen.
Blessed be the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Blessed be the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Blessed be. St. Jude Thaddeus.
Step 3:
Say this Novena Prayer, followed by:
The Lords Prayer
Hail Mary
Glory Be (3x)
Step 4: Make the Sign of the Cross again to complete the
prayer.
Step 5:
Novena Prayer must be said six times each day for
nineconsecutive days, and nine copies of this novena must be left
in
the church each day. Prayer will be answered on or before
the
ninth day and has never known to fail.
