is the original barbell class that
strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls
If you are training regularly with knowledgeable teachers, a regular dance routine may be enough to achieve the core strength you require for your dance technique. In this class we use dance to not only work our core but to embrace strength training through a format that makes us feel free and fit. Total body conditioning with a House Party flair will get your core, your body and your heart ready for building a foundation that leads to the "Results you are looking for.
This age-old practice consists of poses and breathing techniques that create physical strength and stamina, while improving balance and flexibility. Designed for all levels.

KANGOO This fun cardiovascular class uses patented impact protection boots, originally designed for runners with injuries. The soft landing created by the spring allows you rebound and perform modified plyometric moves with 80% less impact! Easy choreography and fun music will motivate you to jump your way through class. Boots are available for checkout. Long socks are mandatory!
This program hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, as well as improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
A 45-minute high intensity fusion of various types of cardio! If you want to burn calories, this is the class for you! All levels of fitness are welcome to come. Be prepared to sweat. Equipment needed - NONE but wear a good pair of cross trainer athletic shoes.
This class uses the Zumba philosophy with traditional aquatic fitness disciplines. Aqua Zumba® blends it all together into workout that's cardio-conditioning and body-toning.
