Thanksgiving Baskets

We will be providing a Thanksgiving Basket for needy families within our church and others. Donations requested for the baskets are: canned vegetables green beans, corn, carrots , instant potatoes, cranberry sauce, turkey gravy, stuing, fruit cocktail, canned sweet potatoes, and butter. Monetary donations will be accepted. Bring all donations to the church by NEXT SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 5th for our (arvest (ome service.

Operation Christmas Child

Boxes are now available in the narthex. Please read the instructions carefully. A donation of $7 is required to see that your box gets to its destination. They

prefer a check for each box for $7 made payable to “Samaritan’s Purse” with “OCC” in the memo line. Put in the envelope provided for each box and place inside the box on top of your items. If you wish to track your package to see where it goes, you can go to the website www.samaritanspurse.org and pay online, then print the label and put it on your box.

Carlisle Truck Stop Ministry Cookie Bake

Big Hands, Little Hands

On Saturday, December 5th, we are looking for adults to help the children and youth with baking cookies and bagging them. )f you are able to help with the baking, please sign up on the sheets in the narthex. )f you can’t help with the baking, we could use donations of baking supplies butter, eggs, vanilla, chocolate chips, and decorating sugars, etc. . )f you want to make your own cookies, bring them to the church by 9: am on December 5th, and the children and youth will bag them. Please let Brenda know what kind of cookies you are donating so we have a variety to give. Any questions, contact Brenda Myers.
