Dr. Brian Miller and Dr. Robert Konopaske recently had their scientific empirical research article, co-authored with Dr. Zinta Byrne of Colorado State University, accepted for publication in the Journal of Managerial Psychology. Their article is titled, "Dominance analysis of two measures of organizational justice" and uses regression-based dominance analysis tests to examine the criterion-related validity of two measures of the perception of fairness in the workplace. BLOV: Bobcats Leaving Out Violence BLOV is a student organization at Texas State University involved in raising awareness of domestic violence. The organization hosted a 5K event that took place at the Dell Diamond in Round Rock on Sunday, October 30th. Thank you to all the participants and sponsors, Mr. Mihran Aroian (faculty sponsor), Ms. Karen Smith, and Dr. Byron Morgan for attending this event.
