Scintillating

Superstars

Dear Scintillating Superstars,

I just finished watching MARY KAY

being featured on ABC’s Nightline. I’m

beaming. This was a totally positive take

on our company. They walked back two

years to film clips from an interview

when the economy dropped. The

director they featured then, has doubled

her unit size and her production, and she

is driving her 2nd pink Cadillac. Another

director in

Tennessee who

was interviewed

is one of the

first to pick up

the black

Mustang.

David

Hull CEO of

our company

was articulate

and strong in

his explanation

of why our

company has

sold 2.5 billion worldwide in 2010.

During the deepest of economic slumps,

LIPSTICK SELLS! The company has

weathered this recession and is giving

options to many who are supplementing

or exchanging corporate salaries for

flexibility.

Tonight, we also featured top director

Mary Katherine King from Indiana on our

conference call, and she talked about the

workload needed to move up. It’s our It

Factor Elite or IT GIRL activity with a

different name. Her testimonials were about

two consultants in her unit who have done

Elite for a year and are both headed to

Atlanta and ready to submit for DIQ. Mary

Katherine has done Elite for 23 months and

is reaping the benefits in her increased

production, unit size

and a dream trip to

Hawaii where she and

her husband renewed

her vows this past

September.

TWO clear

messages tonight

affirmed that Mary Kay

Cosmetics is a premier

career opportunity.

2012 could be your

year to take a second

look at how this might

fit into your life. What

do you want to change in 2012? Is it you? Is

it your income? Is it your little girl dreams

coming true? What a perfect time to figure

out a workload that could make all that

happen.
