How to qualify for the 2012 ABCO Adventure Trip

BUY-IN PERIOD: Customers earn Adventure Trip Points through purchases of eligible products from ABCO invoiced between September 1, 2011 and August 31, 2012.

ACCRUING POINTS: Each qualifying purchase dollar will earn Trip Points at the rates designated for each eligible manufacturer, including special or project pricing. Taxes and freight charges are not included. ABCO is not responsible for unfilled back-orders, late deliveries and/or billings. Invoice dates are the only basis for determining purchases of qualifying products.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: All Luxaire, Comfortaire, Reznor, SpacePak, NTI, Copeland Semi-Hermetic Compressors, Friedrich, Aerosys, and ABCOOLAIR Self-Contained System products earn one Trip Point for every purchase dollar. All ABCOOLAIR Mushroom Mate and Mitsubishi products earn one half Trip Point for every purchase dollar.

MINIMUM FOR TRIP: Customers must earn a minimum of 115,000 points between September 1, 2011 and August 31, 2012 in order to earn one trip.

REFUNDS: Trip awards or any portion of the accrued dollars toward a trip are not refundable for cash or merchandise, cannot be assigned, and must be used only for the scheduled location, dates, and flights.

DEADLINE: Fully completed applications MUST be received by September 14, 2012; if received after the deadline, late booking flight penalties will apply. Any changes in travel arrangement must be handled directly through ABCO’s travel coordinator.

FORFEIT: Accounts that are delinquent on August 31, 2012 will forfeit all trip incentive points.

APPLICATION: ALL qualifying accounts must submit a trip application form to be considered registered.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Passports are required for ALL travelers.
