China – Wuhan to end lockdown on April 8
• Wuhan to end its lockdown on April 8 with other parts of Hubei province lifting travel curbs on March 25;
• Wuhan residents considered healthy can move around the city. They can also go back to work if they have apermit from their employer, and leave the city for other parts of the surrounding Hubei province after beingtested for the virus and receiving a health certificate.

Sri Lanka – curfew extended 3 days after break
• Sri Lanka has banned persons from leaving their district and curfews to stop the spread of Coronavirus willcontinue after a six hour break;
• After lifting curfew at 0600 hours on Tuesday (Mar 24th), curfew will be re-imposed in the districts of Colombo,Puttalam, and Gampaha and districts in the north of Sri Lanka from 1200 noon until 0600 am Friday (Mar 27th);
• Curfew in other districts will continue from Monday till Thursday (Mar 26th) 0600h, it will be re-imposed at 1200noon on Thursday and Friday. All inter-district travel is strictly prohibited;
• Tourists have also been asked not to travel.

Thailand – decrees state of emergency to control coronavirus
• Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha said his Cabinet agreed to put a one-month state of emergency into effect on Thursday(Mar 26th);
• The move will give the government enforcement powers not normally available to it. They include implementing curfews,censoring the media, dispersing gatherings and allowing deployment of military forces for enforcement;
• Prayuth in a brief televised address urged the public to remain calm and warned people against the improper use of socialmedia and hoarding, saying there would now be stricter enforcement against violators.

India – suspends all domestic flight
• The Indian Government announced that "the operations of domestic schedule commercial airlines shall cease operations"with effect from 11.59 pm on March 24;
• Airlines have been asked to plan operations so as to land at their destination before the given time. The release added thatthe restrictions shall not apply to flights that are only carrying cargo.

Hong Kong – announces to close its border for non-residents
• The Government announced that starting from Tuesday (Mar 24th) midnight, non-residents would not be allowedinto Hong Kong, transit passengers included, for a two-week period.
• Anyone arriving from mainland China, Macau or Taiwan will be allowed in, provided they had not travelledanywhere else in the past 14 days and subject to quarantine orders. Exemptions will be given to Macau residentspreviously registered with their own government.

South Africa – announces three-week lockdown
• South Africa will enforce a three-week lockdown over Coronavirus, the 21-day lockdown will begin at midnightThursday (Mar 26th);
• Under the lockdown, people will not be allowed to leave their homes except to buy food, medical supplies, collectsocial grants or seek medical attention;
• All shops and businesses will be closed except for pharmacies, supermarkets, petrol stations and health careproviders as well as laboratories, banks and other essential financial services. Essential personnel including healthcare workers, emergency and security personnel necessary to the response will also be exempt.

UK – placed under a virtual lockdown
• Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced on Monday (Mar 23rd) that he would place Britain under a virtual lockdown, closingall nonessential shops, banning meetings of more than two people, and requiring people to stay in their homes, except fortrips for food or medicine;
• The prime minister said people also could leave their houses for exercise, either alone or with family members. People canstill travel to work if absolutely necessary. All non-essential shops will close with immediate effect, as will playgrounds andlibraries.

France – tighten coronavirus lockdown
• French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe said on television on Monday (Mar 23rd) that the lockdown, which is supposed toend on March 31, could last several more weeks;
• Tightening the lockdown rules, he said that from Tuesday (Mar 24th), people will only be allowed to exercise one hour a day,within one kilometer of their home;
• The prime minister also said that burial ceremonies should be restricted to 20 people.

Restrictions of vessels from China
US
• Non-passenger vessels are allowed to operate in the US with restrictions if they have been to China or embarkedpassengers in China within the last 14 days under the condition that there are no sick crewmembers. Any vesselswith sick crewmembers are required to notify the nearest Coast Guard Captain of the Port.
Australia
• Any vessels that have left China or transited through the country after 01 February and less than 14 days prior tothe date will be required to meet coronavirus requirements set by the government.
Vietnam
• All crews on those vessels not ever called Chinese ports, but have Chinese Nationality & signed on board around 14days are also not allowed to go onshore when calling ports.
Singapore
• Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has implemented temperature screening at all sea checkpoints.Visitors having a travel history in Hubei or possessing PRC passports issued in Hubei, will not be allowed to enter ortransit through Singapore.
India
• Mumbai : Port Health officers will give the cargo ships heath clearance. The vessels will be regarded infected if acrew member or cruise passengers show any symptoms.

Restrictions of vessels from China
Indonesia
• Vessels that have visited China during their last 10 port stops will be thoroughly inspected by the Port HealthAuthority. Anyone suspected of being infected with the virus must be treated by authorities.
Turkey
• Cargo ships have been permitted to dock although they will undergo strict inspections.
Philippines
• The Philippine Ports Authority said workers in ships coming from China are prohibited from disembarking to preventthe spread of the virus.
South Korea
• Any vessel that visited China within the last 14 days will be inspected by officials from the Korea Centres for DiseaseControl and Prevention agency before entering. The vessels can only enter South Korean ports if the inspectors findno sign of infection and give them the all-clear.
Kenya
• There will be an increase of vessels’ docking time at the port, as Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) screen all crew membersfor the virus and inspect all vessels entering their ports.
