Lesson learned
This partnership relied on personal communication with our colleagues in different institution in Sudan.
This helped to identify potential funders, prioritise the educational resources as well as the target user groups.
Expatriates professionals in the North have great potential to establish effective partnerships between North and South.

Phase 2 : Target institutions within 2 years
Challenges
Internet Infra-structure The project should encourage institutions to build up
intranet facility
The US government sanctions on Sudan limited our ability to purchase educational and training resources.
Sanctions on Medicines and Health Education
Sanctions exclusively target developing countries.
Sanctions hurt the poor hardest. Filters for dialysis, chemotherapy
drugs and transplant rejection medicines are included in sanctions.
Populations in many countries have their right to live in dignity violated.
Our Oath : To continue to treat humanity irrespective of any body's colour, religion or race and without any prejudice.
