PS.培林、中管拆卸工具 “Tool 661” for bearing disassembly.

1. 鬆開螺帽及中管

Un-tighten side cap and remove tube 2. 將螺帽及中管鬆開後之花鼓 Hub without side cap and tube

3. 將一圓棒頂住側蓋，取出側蓋 Use any tube to take out end cup with rubber O-ring.

4. 將工具壓至花鼓中管內 Put Expander Tube into the hub.

5. 固定工具至花鼓內 Fasten the Expander Tube into hub.

6.放入工具，撐開中管內徑 Put Expander to prop up Expander Tube inside.

7.將工具鎖緊 Tight the hub by the Bolt Tool.

8.用鐵鎚敲出中管及培林 Use hammer to tap up the tool with sealed bearing.

9.取出中管及培林 Take out the inner tube and sealed bearing

10. 拆開後之零件分部 The hub after disassembly.

1. 用板手鬆開左端側蓋

Insert wrenchs into both side caps and un-tightening the side cap.

2. 取下左端側蓋

Take off the left side cap.

3. 取出車心

Take out the axle.

4. 取出套筒

Take out the cassette body.

5. 將一圓棒頂住中管用鐵鎚敲擊，使中管位置偏移，以利取出培林

Put axle [or any tube] inside to the hub to tap up and change position around inside to push the farther sealed bearing out.

6. 將圓棒頂住培林側邊，用鐵鎚敲出培林

Use hammer to tap up the axle to Push farther sealed bearing out.

7. 取出中管

Take out the inner tube.

8. 敲出另一端培林、拆解完成

After disassembly the parts of hub.
