We noted lots of TPOs, postage due markings, high value & combination frankings and innumerable registered usages, also official mail & some WWII censored items. Ex Croaker: sold with the similar 1d card for £920 at auction in 1998. Lee at page 27 repeats Croaker's claim that the Gira cds was never used.
