RULES!!1. Find a partner + create
a team name.2. Submit team name
along with $25 each (cash) before Wed in order to be eligible for challenge
3. Eat strictly Paleo 7 days a week (1 cheat MEAL per week is allowed)
4. Keep fruit to 1 pc daily
5. Workout min 5 days per week!
6. Exchange food journals to each other at the end of each day. Questions can be directed to coach for verification.
7. Try something new at the box once a week (i.e. heavier KB during a WOD then you would typically use)
8. BE ACCOUNTABLE

Partner Up & Motivate!For the next 21 days, you and your partner will push one another to
step outside your comfort zones & break down those mental barriers!
“I’m gonna start NEXT Monday”....”I have to much going on right now”.....”we have too many parties this month”....and the vicious cycle continues.
You want to eat better, sleep better, perform your daily WOD’s better....but there’s ALWAYS something getting in the way.
Those yummy sugary foods are always calling your name and they always taste so good and next thing you know, you’re feeling sluggish and craving them all the time.
For the next 21 days, you will be accountable to your partner and to your coach!!!
Q & A...Can anyone join? YES - this challenge is open to
EVERYONE! So, if you want to do this with a family member who is NOT a member, that’s fine. The only catch is that you may not gain as many points if they do not work out!!
Why do I have to pay if I am a member? Stats show that if you pay for services, you are more likely to commit! The $25 will go towards prize money and
our efforts towards organizing. The price is the same for everyone.
