Can be problematic, no responsible for safety, chemical product that is not well established ,

importer should ake responsible, get the safety information and the information from the

industry/

Blazina: Comparing in US and UK about process safety?

There is not much significance, US is more inclusive.

Harvey: Is there need to take direct notification?

First, identify if its new or not, later can geet information about product, different product have

different cases which need direct or not notification.

Harvey: Small industries, Cheap or safe, how to face them?

Need to balance, think about the cost to community, self-regulation and risk assessment need to

be done. Not always safer chemical products are expensive. Think about the responsibility

seriously.

Blazina: New modified plant from other area, should we need conduct process safety or not?

Yes. Because things wont going to be exactly same in different area.

Viktor: What do we do locally about product stewardship?

Plan do check act, take in every step of observation, especially emission, every product trial. So

we will know what step we should put more attention.
