OPERATIONS & FACILITIES SALARY REVIEW PROCEDURE - FORM A O&F Staff who are not being recommended for a salary increment
This form should be used by a School or Department to notify the Human Resources Department of any members of staff they are not recommending to receive a salary increment. The withholding of a salary increment should only be used where at the point of recommendation the performance of an individual is being monitored through the Structured Performance Management or they are under disciplinary.
