I. MDS & MDS Part 1Examinations will be held from 4 May 2019.2. Detailed Theory and Practical time table is enclosed.3. Details of dates for issue and submission of application forms are as under:

2 Last date for payment of Examination fee without fine 15 April 2019
3 Last date for payment of Examination fee with fine of ~ 250/- 22 April 2019
4 Last date for payment of Examination fee with fine of ~ 500/- 29 April 2019
5 Last date for submission of Attendance to the JSSAHER. 24 April 2019
6 Issue of Hall Tickets 29 April 2019
4. Details of Fee Structure are as under:

'" If not already paid5. Instructions to the L:andidates:
a) No candidate is exempted from payment of examination fee.b) Candidates with shortage of attendance, as per JSS AHERI DCI norms, are not eligible to appear for
examinations.c) Fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted.
6. Instructions to the Principals:a. There is no provision for condonation of shortage of attendance.b. Fees collected from the candidates should be sent as a consolidated DO in favor of JSS University
Examination Fee Ale, along with statement showing the details of the candidates, register number,subjects, fee paid, etc. in Triplicate.
c. A separate statement of non-appearing and non eligible candidates should also be sent.
