APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR SELECTION OF STATE LEVEL CROP CONSULTANTS

The Department of Agriculture is focusing on increasing the productivity and production of different crops through "Crop Specialist Team" comprising of department officials, University Scientists and Consultant in the following crops :

1. Paddy, 2. Maize and Millets, 3. Pulses, 4. Ground nut, 5. Cotton and 6. Sugarcane.

Qualification :

1. Minimum M.Sc(Ag.) with 15 years experience in concerned crop.

2. Should have worked in Agricultural University or any of the National

/ International Institutes.

3. Should have ability to prepare independently Detailed Project Report

on enhancing production and productivity and address the

production gaps.

4. Should have the leadership qualities to act as Nodal Officer and Co-

ordinate with Department of Agriculture, Agricultural University and

Line departments.

Terms :

1. The selection is purely on temporary basis for a period of One year.

2. An Honorarium of Rs.50,000/- p.m.

3. During tour, TA & DAs will be paid as per the State Government

rules.

4. The paper Advertisement will be given in leading two Telugu and

one English daily news papers. The Advertisement will be uploaded

in Agriculture Department & ANGARU web sites.

be paid for attending the interview.
