Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process
NOTICE OF VACANCIES
The Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process, mandated to implement and supervise the government’s comprehensive peace process, was created under the Executive Order No. 3 on 28 February 2001. The said mandate laid the framework for the implementation, coordination, monitoring and integration of all government peace initiatives and the participation of civil society in the pursuit of a just and lasting peace in the country. To ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the government peace agenda, we are strengthening our workforce by engaging individuals who want to make a difference in our society. With that, the following OPAPP positions are now open for application:
Item Executive Assistant to the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process
Unit Office of the Secretary
Education Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Training At least eight (8) hours of relevant training
Work Experience
With at least (2) years relevant work experience
Item Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff and Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs
Unit Office of the Secretary
Education Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Work Experience
With at least (1) year relevant work experience
Item Document Management Staff
Unit Office of the Secretary
Education Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Work
Experience Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year work experience
Item Peace Program Officer III
Unit GPH-MILF Secretariat
Salary Grade
18
Education Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Training At least eight (8) hours of relevant training
Work
Experience Two (2) years relevant experience
Item Library Assistant (Project Development Officer I)
Unit Knowledge Management and Resource Center
Education Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

Experience
Preferably with at least 6 months work experience in multimedia (photo/video editing)
but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
