TENDER NOTICE AND SCOPE
ENQUIRY NO: CTT4571 DESCRIPTION: PROVISION FOR THE SUPPLY OF DIVING PERSONNEL FOR PetroSA CLOSING DATE: 14 DECEMBER AT 16H00
SUPPLY OF OFFSHORE DIVE PERSONNEL 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Service Provider shall supply personnel by designating assignees to PetroSA to perform assignments under the direction, supervision and control of PetroSA on board PetroSA diving support vessel and FA Platform as and when required to do so.
2. SUMMARY OF WORK METHOD
2.1 PetroSA shall on each occasion give the Contractor written notice to this effect by e-mail. This notice shall specify the Job Category and/or the work that is required to be done by the Contractor's Personnel and when the work is required to be commenced. The work shall cease after a diving phase is completed.
2.2 Upon receipt of the notice referred to above, the Contractor shall
immediately forward CVs of its proposed Personnel for each Job Category to PetroSA for approval. Only upon such approval shall the Contractor's approved Personnel be mobilised.
2.3 PetroSA, at its sole discretion, shall determine the acceptability of the
Contractor's Personnel, however, this shall not relieve the Contractor of any of its responsibilities under the Contract.
The approved personnel will be assigned to the PetroSA Diving Support vessel to perform assignments under the direction, supervision and control of PetroSA.

3. PERSONNEL
3.1 The Contractor must provide the under mentioned Personnel for the Service as and when required by PetroSA, and guarantees that they will be suitably skilled, qualified and experienced for the positions

SENOIR DIVE TECHNICIAN

ROV SUPERVISOR
Lead safety briefing to client and vessel crew as well as ROV tooling team.

3.2 Additional Personnel
Company may request where possible the sourcing of personnel in the diving industry not mentioned above. Company shall advise Contractor in advance the specification of the personnel required in addition to the above
3.3 Personnel Certification
All personnel certification shall be in English language
4. Personnel Employment Period
The employment of the personnel shall be for the duration of the diving campaign. All compensation provided by PetroSA shall cease at the end of the diving campaign.
5. Personnel Transportation
PetroSA shall pay transportation cost only in cases where the crew day rate is not payable during travelling period
6. Personnel Working Hours

Personnel will be working 12hrs shifts either day or night shift onboard the dive support vessel. At times diving activities will take place from the FA Platform only during day light.
7. Personal Protective Equipment
Personnel shall ensure that when engaged in the performance of the work onboard the vessel that personal protective equipment are worn at all times. These shall include the below as a minimum free issued by PetroSA but to be returned to PetroSA at the end of the diving campaign

Rain suit for wet work and days of rain
Safety gloves
Hearing protection
Safety glasses Safety harness
It is the responsibility of each crew member to bring own safety shoes to
worksite/vessel
