I refer to our previous correspondence in respect of the above
planning application. This is due to beconsidered by the Planning
Committee on Tuesday 21/07/2015 at 4:00pm in the Council Chamber at
CountyHall, Newport, Isle of Wight. If you wish to view the
officers report and the recommendation for the application the
report will be available at www.iwight.com/council/meetings/current
from 14/07/2015.
The meeting will commence with items on which public speaking
has been requested. If you wish to addressthe Planning Committee,
please contact me before 5:00pm on Thursday 16/07/2015, so that I
can arrangethe timetable accordingly. We cannot accept any
registration to speak after this time, please thereforeensure you
register well before the deadline. This will enable appropriate
arrangements to be made inaccordance with the public speaking
scheme. Please provide me with a daytime telephone number or
e-mailaddress.
As detailed in the enclosed booklet, the first three speakers to
register will be allocated the time to speak.Any person registering
after those places have been allocated will not be given the
opportunity to address thePlanning Committee. If you do not wish to
speak yourself, but would like details of those registered to
speak,please contact me, so that I can provide you with any
relevant information.
