You can begin selling under this contract immediately. Contract informaon will be visible on DIR’s website by May 15, 2017. An executed copy of the contract and all appendices is aached and available for download. Informaon is provided below and in the aachments regarding administraon of the contract. 1. Monthly Sales Reports are uploaded to the Vendor Sales Report Portal by the 15th of each month. Your first report will be due June 15th, 2017. You are required to report by the deadline even if there are no sales for the period. A Vendor Sales Report Template is aached for your review. 2. To obtain a copy of the DIR customer database, please contact your assigned DIR contract manager for the Excel spreadsheet of the DIR customer database (5000+ customers). 3. To obtain copies of our DIR logos to use on newsleers and your company web site, you may contact Hannah Schaeffer via email at Hannah.Schaeff[email protected]. 4. If you indicated that you will subcontract, you are required to list the subcontractors and report what was paid for that month. Even if the subcontractors were not used for that reporng month. The Progress Assessment Report (PAR) should be sent to [email protected]. Aached, please find a PAR Report Form. The Report should be sent by the 10th of the month. If you have quesons about the reporng requirements for the HUB form, you can contact Lynn Sanchez at 512-463-9813. 5. Mary Vickery will be your DIR Performance Contract Manager.
