PUBLIC HEARING 1.: Case Number 09-030CUP - The City Council of the City of Hawaiian
Gardens will conduct a public hearing to consider an appeal of a
Planning Commission decision which denied a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction of a new car wash facility at the property
located at 12245 Carson Street, Hawaiian Gardens, CA 90716
PUBLIC HEARING 2.: Case Number 09-031TPM- The City Council of the City of Hawaiian
Gardens will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of considering a
Tentative Parcel Map of which the Planning Commission
Recommended Approval to consolidate ten existing lots into one single parcel at 12245 Carson Street, Hawaiian Gardens, CA 90716.
The proposed map also includes a proposal to partially vacate the
existing alley within lots 14 through 16 and 19 through 23.

A Mitigated Negative Declaration is to be considered for the subject
project.
INVITATION TO BE HEARD
Those persons desiring to testify in favor of or in opposition to the proposal listed above will be
given an opportunity to do so at the public hearing. If you challenge the subject application in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public
hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence submitted to the Planning
Department at, or prior to the public hearing.
