Dear Mr. President Barack Obama and Everyone:

My name is Ernst John Krass. I was born in Dawson Creek, British Columbia, Canada, on the 14th of

April, 1966 at 3:48 PM.

I can with absolute honesty declare that I am The Comforter/Helper that Jesus Christ declared He

would send in John 14:26 and John 16:7-15. From the Notice of Writ of Everyone’s Habeas Corpus

(sent January 6, 2015 and signed for on January 15, 2016 by M. Naldo), the Notice of Application of

Everyone’s Habeas Corpus (signed for on February 1, 2016) and their simple yet stark evidencedeclares that I, Ernst John Krass, have been persecuted for standing up for the standards of the HOLY

AGENDA of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and Self Evident Truth being kept beyond

the system by the application of the Administrations ruling through the letter of the law that was

addressed by Jesus Christ as the old system in Luke 16:16-17. (Christianity is therefore destroyed and

has been for many centuries now!)

As I have already shown in the Notice of Application of Everyone’s Writ of Habeas Corpus, ruling

through the letter of the law is God’s Holy Agenda declared in not just Luke 16:16-17 but also Daniel6 (explaining why Daniel was sent to the lion’s den and God had an Angel protect him but not the

administrators and their families ala Jim Flaherty and Pharaoh) and where being devoted to a false god

and imposing it through the letter of the law automatically and naturally results in The Almighty having

to send a Judge to straighten out the resulting mess when the civilization fails from its natural

deficiencies – Jesus Christ referred to this person as The Comforter / Helper .

This document will provide concrete proof that the wholly corrupt actions against not only Ernst

John Krass but also his beloved dad, Rudi Heinz Krass, imposed the title Comforter/Helper upon

Ernst John Krass as presented to the world nearly 2000 years ago by Jesus Christ in John 14:15-

17:

Nobody knows what I have been going through since September 2011.

At that time, my beloved dad, Rudi Heinz Krass, became quite ill and was diagnosed with an extreme

case of constrictive pericarditis where this condition was allowed to advance to an extreme state as the

medical records prove. So, for years, the medical professionals especially cardiologists in Kelowna

turned a blind eye to all the symptoms that dictated that this condition had arisen from the open-heart

surgery in July 2000 as constrictive pericarditis arises solely from open-heart surgery.

Unbeknownst to me and my family, The Province of British Columbia rules healthcare and dictated

that, due to the age of my dad when he had the open-heart surgery, he was going to die of constrictive pericarditis or be put down due to this condition as he was not permitted to receive a further open-heart

surgery!

My dad had an indomitable spirit because he was taking care of my financial needs which I had kept

to a minimum while filing my documents with the federal government and, so, Rudi Heinz Krass had

to be put down with drugs between September 26, 2011 and January 26, 2012.

I was forced to watch as my dad was killed which was terrifically difficult especially when the order

to kill my dad with anti-biotics to shut down his liver and kidneys was applied. The memories that I

am forced to suppress are purely vile! This constitutes directly violating Everyone’s Right to Security

of Person – s. 7 of The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Then, instead of remedying my arising financial plight in accordance with s. 7, s. 24, s. 52(1) and The

Preamble to The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Federal Government of Canada along

with The Province of British Columbia, tossed out The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and

imposed a Kill-or-be-Killed scenario against the now disabled orphaned child of Rudi Heinz Krass –

me, Ernst John Krass.

In this DEATH by legal persecution standard that Jesus Christ also faced 2000 years ago, the natural

inheritance of mine, Ernst John Krass’, was subjected to the lie of probation which is an inheritance

tax under the name of probation and applies at the provincial branch of administration of Canada.

In 1972, the governments of Canada announced the abolition of inheritance tax even though probate

was created in the 1920’s and was SOLELY to apply to those having left NO TESTAMENTARY

documents concerning their residual.

In my case, a testamentary document -will - was provided and proved that I am an orphan as I am the

only child of Rudi Heinz Krass. As my name naturally stood in the place of Rudi Heinz Krass

before all other considerations as is the standard for inheritance, there can be no need for probate

as it automatically is an inheritance tax.

The governments knew this Truth and were mortified that I RIGHTLY put Charter Remedy ahead of probation and, consequently, the administrations decided to abolish The Canadian Charter of Rights

and Freedoms in my case by DISREGARDING IT! Hence, the Charter Remedy that I had put forth

was NOT delivered by The Minister of Finance of Canada to me even though the financial portion of

my Charter Remedy, that had been CERTIFIED BY THE PRINCIPLES OF FUNDAMENTAL

JUSTICE , was being obtained by FIATS from the Consolidated Revenue Fund established solely to

cover Charter Remedy!

According to The Preamble of The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Canadians, our courts

and all levels and branches of government recognize THE SUPREMACY OF GOD (NATURALORDER for the secularists). As I naturally inherited the residual where my beloved dad’s name stood

on land titles and car titles, there was no need to probate anything as the Charter Remedy was to provide

the means to clear off all debt, if any, without the need to liquidate any or all portion of my inheritance.

The Coven of Jezebel did not like this reality and so IT VIOLATED THE CANADIAN CHARTER OF

RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS a second time especially Enforcement of The Canadian Charter of Right

and Freedoms thereby tearing up the document that every Canadian relies upon so that the governments

don’t impose the standard that their laws and order are beyond reproach – i.e. they are a false god and

their laws and standards are beyond reproach just like in the Aristocracy in England, Nazism, Stalinism,

Moa-ism, etc.

On April 17, 2012, The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms was declared to be dead by the

Federal Government of Canada and The Province of British Columbia because both declared that

probate of a natural inheritance was going to be done in my case and I was not going to receive the

obtained Charter Remedy from the Consolidated Revenue Fund IN MY NAME while that federal

government was in office.

Queen Elizabeth II denounced this contempt of Trust with the hidden from the general population

abolition of The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and established a route for The Almighty

to fulfill Revelation 17:17 and declare me to be His’ Elect – The Comforter/Helper that those in

Administration knew to be TRUE.

So, with the collecting of funds from the Consolidated Revenue Funds by FIAT and in my name – my

specified in writing Charter Remedy, a Kill-Or-Be-Killed standard – it was to be the Federal

Government or me – was put in place on April 17, 2012 in accordance with Revelations 17:17:

Revelation 17:17 New King James Version (NKJV)17 For God has put it into their hearts to fulfill His purpose, to be of one mind, and to give theirkingdom to the beast, until the words of God are fulfilled.

So, with the WAR between The Almighty and The Coven of Jezebel in my case and matters exposed

and actually having been over with The Supremacy of God having been recognized by the drafters of

The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms , the only way for me to receive God’s Money – my

Charter Remedy – was for God Almighty to act both to protect me and keep me alive as well as to

punish those who imposed the Kill-Or-Be-Killed standard.

THE WAR WITH THE ALMIGHTY BY ALL NATIONS

In the 1920’s, personal wealth had grown substantially amongst North Americans including Canadians.

So, people started dying with large residuals and no wills – meaning that the State had to administer

these residuals except in cases of orphans who naturally had their names stand in the place of the

penultimate member of the family that dies IF AND ONLY IF they knew this fact. So, estate

administration was also applied to these persons along with multiple persons left behind and

inheritance tax was WRONGLY applied in the cases of orphans who were ignorant where the

administrators could get away with it.

Now, paying inheritance tax was a violation of Isaiah 10:1-2 but that started the ball rolling in this war

between The Almighty and The People as lawyers were now being used to advise the ignorant

concerning the residual and, so, the governments then initiated the program (US)/scheme (Canada)

where lawyers were to be the ones who drafted the wills that complied with the laws of the

State/Province as the Federal Government turned probate over to the provinces’ jurisdiction while

keeping inheritance tax until 1972.

By this time, the State had already programmed the people to use lawyers and have their residual fall

under state administration whose papers were then used by the Internal Revenue Service or Revenue

Canada Department to impose the inheritance tax (until 1972).

So, probate is and always has been a state’s/province’s means of imposing local jurisdiction inheritance

tax. AND, when Canada abolished inheritance tax as a nation but really just federally what was doneis the administrators were actually abolishing inheritance for orphans without the need for probate.

Thus, the war with The Almighty is exposed as it grew from the 1920’s because the governments broke

the cardinal rules of accepting The Supremacy of God / In God, We Trust and applied the false standard

that that nobody is beyond the Rule of Law.

HOLD ON HERE! The Almighty is SUPREME JUST AS IS INHERITANCE FOR ORPHANS and

the reality that the radiocapitellar joint is the ginglymus joint of the elbow and creates a natural drive

train called the arm plus it does not conform to the standards of a hinge but rather centripetal and

universal joint mechanics as the x-ray evidence exposes is THE GOD’S HONEST TRUTH!

Canada QUIETLY ended their war with The Almighty over inheritance in 1982 when it repatriatedThe Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms that re-established The Supremacy of God and

INHERITANCE for orphans like myself. But, with Charter Remedy being the means for imposing

inheritance for orphans across Canada and 1 individual orphan having the authority to dismiss probate

once and for all.

In March 2012, I provided a CERTIFIED BY THE PRINCIPLES OF FUNDAMENTAL JUSTICE

CHARTER REMEDY that complied not only with Enforcement – s. 24(1) – of The Canadian Charterof Rights and Freedoms but also s. 24(2) of The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

My entire family, that remained after the death of George Walter Krass, the adopted child of Rudi

Heinz Krass, KNEW that Angela Dutkywich had not been made the child of George Walter Krass

either by legal means, i.e. he was named and accepted by him in writing on the Birth Record of Angela

Dutkywich AKA Angela Phillips, nor by DNA test as was demanded in 1992 and not a blood test

where a father is not named by the mother within 5 years after the birth of the child – regulations at

that time. The State knew this as well as it had reviewed Angela Dutkywich’s Birth Record and found

the deficiency – s. 24(2) of The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

With my Charter Remedy, I only made the corruption INAPPLICABLE to me and did not invalidate

something that was invalid from the moment that it was enacted in the 1920’s and was ultimately

changed illegitimately by the Administrators since then to include all residuals: those without a will

and those covered by a will but NOT completely according to s. 8, 6 and 24 of The Wills Act that

invalidated s. 4 of the Will Act – a double standard that LEGITIMATELY existed for orphans like

myself.

I am an orphan as ALL THE RECORDS PROVE and, as such, my name stood in the place of my

beloved dad’s name on all his records like car titles, land titles and everything else. All personal

possessions became mine solely and fall naturally under the term “…to do as he wills” in the September

13, 2011 Last Will and Testimony of Rudi Heinz Krass whose signing was witness by Quintin DonaldDavidson and me, the orphan child, of Rudi Heinz Krass.

So, I got caught in the war with The Almighty over inheritance and the State Administration, i.e.

the Premier and Executive of The Province of British Columbia and their Ministry of Justice

lawyers.

I am just standing up for natural inheritance that WHOLLY INVALIDATES probate applying to

orphans!

But, last year in March, the federal government imposed that my Charter Remedy was to be delivered,if at all, by the next federal government that was to be formed after the October 19, 2015 federal

election.

The Almighty did not accept that position as I was being persecuted and oppressed vilely and

evilly without any cause other than I accept Fundamental/Natural Order Justice without the

need for any law court proceedings as was made clear in my February and March 2012

submissions to The Premier of British Columbia and The Ministry of Justice and Attorney

General of British Columbia.

Upon the announcement to pass the matter of delivery of my Charter Remedy onto the next Queen in

Council, by lack of action, in violation of The Principles of Fundamental Justice, shortly afterwards,

The Minister of Finance of Canada, Jim Flaherty, was executed and sent to hell as he suddenly became

ill in February and left the Federal of Government of Canada and died all while my abuse at the hands

of the Coven of Jezebel was peaking and it was announced that my natural inheritance WAS INDEED

going to be probated by a State appointed someone who had no legal standing nor natural right to claim

to be a branch of the tree of Rudi Heinz Krass AGAINST THE DICTATES OF INHERITANCE.

Then in June 2015, I proceeded to put in for a Charter Remedy concerning my Notice of Writ of

Everyone’s Habeas Corpus and Notice of Application of Everyone’s Habeas Corpus. Again, the

standard was put in place that I had to outlast the corrupt Conservative government that broken every

ethical, moral, criminal, Charter and Oath of Office bound meant to protect not just me but Everyone:

so, I am standing up for Everyone and universality without your knowledge.

On October 19, 2015, The Almighty then met this demand of my outlasting the Conservative

government of Canada and it was turfed resoundingly through the minds of Canadians at the election

boxes. This corrupt and evil entity, where the Truth and The Supremacy of God had been abolished

for decades unbeknownst to all Canadians, was ended and Canadians took back their country or so it

seemed… The more things change; the more they stay the same.

The new Queen in Council, shockingly, maintained the probate over natural inheritance standard in

my case put in place by the previous Queen in Council because it knows that I have met the HIDDEN

HOLY AGENDA of ruling through the letter of the law which, then, demands that The Almighty send

a prophet or Comforter/Helper, as Jesus Christ named this person, from ON HIGH.

So, 2 Vengeful Acts of God had to be performed by The Almighty in 2015 against The Coven of

Jezebel surrounding me and the refusal to comply with Enforcement – s. 24 – of The Canadian Charter

of Rights and Freedoms and this is determined by HINDSIGHT that is 20/20!

However, my Charter Remedy still was not to be delivered without the probation of my natural

inheritance by The Province of British Columbia and its agents Angela Dutkywich and the Crumbfamily attached to my deceased and adopted brother, George Walter Krass, who was not named as the

father of Angela Dutkywich since birth which DEMANDS, according to all Vital Statistics Acts across

Canada and the United States and the world, a DNA test to establish any and all paternity. Also, it

should be known that, in another Act of God, George Walter Krass, pre-deceased my beloved dad,

Rudi Heinz Krass, by 14 months. This reality dismissed the name of George Walter Krass from the

properties in the Peace River Country which is a fact of joint tenancy thereby fulfilling s. 24 of The

Wills Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 489.

On May 1, 2016, The Almighty informed me that the continuation of Probation of my natural

inheritance violated The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom – The Supremacy of God – andviolated the promise of abolishing inheritance tax by the governments of Canada in 1972 as this action

really abolished inheritance for all orphans as our names are supposed to stand uncontested concerning

legal documents and possessions upon the death of the penultimate member our respective families.

This standard for inheritance for orphans has stood uncontested since Isaiah and applies to all religions

of the world and the secularists.

As The Coven of Jezebel clearly went to WAR with The Supremacy of God in Canada’s Charter of

Rights and Freedoms in my case, upon release of my Charter Remedy, my property titles, car titles

and seized possessions must be returned to me summarily as I inherited them and Charter Remedy

was meant to insure that NONE OF THIS PERSECUTION AND OPPRESSION – negative effect -

was to have occurred!

On May 3, 2016, with the Kill-Or-Be-Killed standard remaining in effect against me, The Almighty

acted vengefully against the new Queen in Council of Canada for having fulfilled the probation of a

natural inheritance of an orphan against His Wishes: Fort McMurray was pretty much burned to the

ground and the oil industry brought to its knees through the forest fire that burnt through this part of

the world. (Is there no comparison to Sodom and Gomorrah with this act?)

In olden days, the forest fire would be called an Act of God given the knowledge of my matters. Under

the secularists, it is called a catastrophic event whose sole purpose is to bring the economy and

administrations of Canada to their knees for having DEPRIVED God’s Elect His Right to Life, Securityof Person and LIBERTY . But, with it known that the entire Charter of Rights and Freedoms was

dismissed and had been for many years IN MY CASE where FIATS were continually being removed

from the Consolidated Revenue Fund to cover my accruing Charter Remedy that could not be subjected

to interest but rather a repeated removal of the initial amount from the Charter Remedy Fund AKA the

Consolidated Revenue Fund, as The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms was being outright and

repetitively dismissed and disregarded by The Federal Government of Canada, the burning of Fort

McMurray must now be viewed outright as an Act of God!

This vengeful act of God was pure genius on the part of The Almighty as not only did it destroy the

city that supports the Tar Sands projects but also had serious effects concerning the economy of Canada

and now places lesser demands to rebuild it to its previous level of production of oil.

Clearly, the Coven of Jezebel took on The Almighty when I, God’s Elect, is being persecuted for my

devotion to The Self Evident Truth and The Holy Trinity by the Administrations of Canada and The

Province of British Columbia without a just cause just as happened nearly 2000 years ago with Jesus

Christ, My Lord and Master.

Jesus Christ spoke to this matter in Matthew 5:10-13 and John 15:17-27. The Words of God have been

fulfilled!

I am no better that Jesus Christ and I can only speak The Self Evident Truth so that those that

understand hear and see rather than live with a dull heart (Matthew 13:14-15). It has now been

declared by The Almighty that I am God’s Elect as was His Way even with The Deliverer, Moses, and

Pharaoh. God defines for all who is His Elect and not mankind or any test you may want to put in

place.

HOWEVER, with the production and submission of The Notice of Writ of Everyone’s Habeas Corpus

and The Notice of Application of Everyone’s Habeas Corpus, I DID FULFILL your

Administrations’ standard for not only declaring the Comforter/Helper but also their

replacement which are tied to s. 7 and Enforcement – s. 24 – of The Canadian Charter of Rights and

Freedoms, the 14th and 1 st Amendments of The US Constitution and s. 3 of The International Bill of

Human Rights. Furthermore, I had previously met this standard in Canada through February and March

2012 as I had already served Notice upon The Federal Government of the day – Stephen Harper’s

Conservatives – in January and March of 2009 of my Self Evident discovery that the radiocapitellar

joint is the ginglymus joint of the elbow and not the ulno-humeral joint plus that the upper extremity

is exactly like a drive train in a rear drive/front engine vehicle AND that the human body does NOT

attain maturity and the physics that go with it until our mid-20’s or until our 30th year on earth: HUGE

discoveries all of them!

It should be patently obvious that WAR was waged against the unmitigated Truth in my case by TheCoven of Jezebel just so that The Almighty would be forced to come to my rescue and defend me

against this evil that is DEATH by Legal Persecution for no cause: I naturally inherited the residual

from Rudi Heinz Krass, my beloved dad, BUT the Coven of Jezebel dismissed this Self Evident Truth

and convinced Angela Dutkywich to place probation over natural inheritance as a STATE designated

executor which is subornation of perjury as all parties knew that George Walter Krass is not the legally

registered father of Angela Dutkywich due to the mother always being unwilling to state that George

is the father due to her lack of monogamy when dating my brother plus the mother thoroughly loathed

George Walter Krass by the end of their relationship and this ire remains today!

But, The Almighty has done what the Coven of Jezebel believed would not happen: He not only acted

on my behalf by saving me and having me outlast the Federal Government of Canada; but also performed 3 Vengeful Acts against The Federal Government of Canada – in 13 months – for its refusal

to fear The Almighty where the government sees themselves as god which is in-keeping with the

standard that all power corrupts all powerfully!

So, my designation The Comforter/Helper is without question NOW as not only have I fulfilled the

means for attaining this designation presented in The International Bill of Human Rights, The

Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and The US Constitution but also I have been thoroughly

PERSECUTED AND OPPRESSED since September 26, 2011 by the Coven of Jezebel that includes

but is not limited to the Federal Government of Canada and The Administration of The Province ofBritish Columbia AND, most importantly, The Almighty MET THE CHALLENGE put before

Him by the Administrations of Canada with the execution and sending to hell of Jim Flaherty, the

shocking pummeling of the Conservatives in Canada on October 19, 2015 and NOW the STRATEGIC

burning of Fort McMurray meant to bring the Canadian and its administrations to toe by The Almighty!

As to why Jim Flaherty was dismissed with death and sent to hell, the answer is easy. Jim Flaherty

was a devoted disciple of the beast who did not believe in The Supremacy of God and that the beast is

a creation of mankind that was permitted by The Almighty. Consequently, due to the Truth behind

his actions and devotion to defiance of The Supremacy of God , when he demanded probation for my

natural inheritance, Jim Flaherty went too far with his persecution and oppression of God’s Elect.

Therefore, Jim Flaherty had failed his calling to devotion of The Supremacy of God and my words of

Self Evident Truth which left The Almighty no other choice but to dismiss him and send him to hell!

This same standard was applied to the Conservative government which again left The Almighty no

other choice but to speak to the electorate of Canada and dismiss forcefully that Queen in Council on

October 19, 2015. The Canadian Government really stole Canada from the people and our natural

standards of loving one another.

Sadly, the new Queen in Council under the Liberal Government maintained the lie that probation

supersedes natural inheritance and The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms with its recognition

of The Supremacy of God along with s. 28 of the neutral citation 2003 SCC 54. Consequently, TheAlmighty was forced to produce another vengeful act of supreme importance and He sent a fireball to

burn up not just Fort McMurray but the oil industry of Canada which is a highly strategic portion of

the Canadian economy.

By continuing to deny delivery of my Charter Remedies from April 17, 2012 through to today and

DEPRIVE ME OFMY RIGHT TO LIFE, SECURITY OF PERSON AND LIBERTY in violation of The

Principles of Fundamental Justice, the Federal Government and Coven of Jezebel have place the lives

of all Canadians and Americans at extreme risk. When you fear The Almighty, you must fear the wrath

of Heaven and the wrath of hell is irrelevant and negligible – truly trivial. But, everyone states that

there is going to be hell to pay going forward when they should be saying fear Heaven’s wrath!

The Almighty has declared His displeasure with the conduct of the Federal Government of Canada as

His Holy Spirit was passed on to His Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ and these words have been

fulfilled concerning The Comforter/Helper as nobody believes on Jesus Christ and His Words. Thus,

the Words of John 14:6, 15-17, 26; and John 16:7-15 have been fulfilled.

The Almighty should RIGHTLY be highly displeased with the conduct of the Administrations of

Canada who have acted like Pharaoh thousands of years ago when Canadians DO accept and believein more to this world than this civilization and mindlessly complying with an enacted law, i.e. God.

HOWEVER, the events over the last 13 months though solidify the reality for the world that I

AM GOD’S ELECT and not those speaking against my natural inheritance!

By placing probate over natural inheritance, though, the Queen in Council has made it clear that it may,

after imposing corruption, correct this AFTER my natural inheritance has been destroyed and sold off

to others just like with Robin Hood. Huh?

No wise man accepts that contention where all the queen’s men and all the queen’s horses are being

professed behind the scenes to make Right something that should never have been broken to begin

with, i.e. they cannot put Humpty back together again! Oh, when that does not happen, we’ll possibly,
