ADVERTISEMENT With a view to support, strengthen and improve the quality of Elementary Education in the BTR

and in compliance with the Right to Education Act, 2009 and in pursuance of BTC's approval No BTC/Edn (EI)-74/2016/733, dtd. 9h February/2020 and No. BTC/Edn (El)-16/2016/455, dtd.2 February/2021, online applications are hereby invited from the permanent residents of Assam Qualified in Assam TET /BTC TET conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam for filingup of 427 nos.of vacancies of Assistant Teacher of LP Schools and Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher, Hindi Teacher of

UP Schools under the Director of Education, BTC, Kokrajhar. he number of vacancies has been approved by the Finance (SIU) Department and

communicated by the WPT & BC Department vide No. TAD/BTC/357/2017/763, dtd. 20-2-2021, the candidates who submit online applications will be able to select District, medium of school and category of posts through the official website of Director of Education, BTC, Kokrajhar i.e. www.debte.in using their registration. The aspiring candidates must be ready to serve in their respective places of posting in

term of choice of their districts.

12) Criteria The Language -I of the Assam Teacher Eligibility Test (ATET) / BTC TET of the candidate shall

match the medium of the school, wherein the candidate wishes to apply. As for example, if a

dnaldate wishes to apply in an Assamese Medium School, the candidate must have Assamese

as Language-I in the Assam / BTC TET. Likewise, for Bodo as Bodo Language School, the

candidate must have Bodo as Language-I in Assam BTC TET conducted by Elementary

Education Department, Assam.

The Criteria-1 will come in force in case of Assistant Teacher for LP School and Assistant Teacher,

Science Teacher of UP School.

The Criteria-1 will not come into force in respect of Assamese Language Teacher and Manipur

Language Teacher of UP Schools.

The Merit List will be separate for each district and category.

A candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years for unreserved

category, 42 years for Ex-servicemen, 43 years for OBC/MOBC and 45 years for SC/ST(P)/ST(H)

and 50 years for Persons with Disability (PwD), on 1t January/2020 as per Govt. office

those candidates who have attained the necessary educational or other qualifications prior to

The online application and documents submitted by the candidate will be verified using modern

technology with the help of Digilocker, Govt. of India and by scanning Barcode or QR Code for

ensuring genuineness of uploaded documents as well as by back office verification with the

competent board / council/ authority. But the authority if desires may conduct physical

document verification at any point of time with proper notice.

The regular teacher working in LP School are not allowed to apply in any posts in LP Schools and

regular teachers working in UP Schools are not allowed to apply in any posts in UP Schools.

012/16/2018 dated 28-06-2018 of the NCTE.
