Ma'am, This morning. during Col Kuehl's interview, the question on POTUS receiving a brief on the evening of 10 Sep came up again. 'Miles Kara indicated the got this from the NAOC ops log, He is referring to t~e 10/2334Z entry which reads "NMCC GG 328J- POTUS briefed on SIO~".

This entry indicates NAOC received a 328 message (an · Emergency Action Message) from the NMCC saying ..the PO'I'US was :briefed. The GIG in front: of the 328 identifies it as a Global Guardian exercise message. This was an i npuc in support of the on Global Guardian exercise which was on-going during the . 9-ll attacks . Hope this clarifies the issue.
