Some of the conversation and comments from participants are summarized while trying to preserve the content and meaning… 00:00: Intro Video – Rick welcomes everybody – the usual smorgasbord of who knows what?! Thanks to Pia and Elizabeth for the Intro Video. Rick talks about the morning’s Health Blueprints Workshop – very powerful workshop. 00:11: Denny – discusses Armand’s health cannon – using the GANS concoction of special sacred herbs – no ingestion like in shamanic ceremonies but instead the energy is used. Rick excited about this – a major breakthrough! 00:14: Kosol (Bara May) gave a good demo of how to interact with a Magravs system. 00:15: Robert’s drawings of the Health Cannon – Armand used beeswax sealant instead of a cork. Quartz, Topaz, Tourmaline, rose quartz used in the tube with CO2 GANS “to the power of Iboga”. 00:20: Discussion of the effects of Armand’s device (drinking the water) on diabetic condition – should be easy to monitor diabetes control and do some studies. 00:25: discussion of its use in addition – MK’s excitement about its potential for use in his home country Iran. More discussion of the problem of addiction worldwide.

00:30: Discussion of the practicalities of making the test tube – how are the coils and crystals stabilized? On the beeswax? If so have to avoid hot days or hot water (lol). 0036: How long did he put the test tube in the water to charge it? 00:39: Use of the scourers – nano-coated with different coatings – some copper oxide better than others – all of the copper oxides/nano-coating will remove heavy metal ions from the water – in less than an hour 99% of the heavy metal particles will be gone – by 4 hours 99.9% depending on the configuring of the setup. Important to take a magnet with you when buying copper scrubby because some have iron and occasionally zinc coated with copper. Rick says if you find cheap copper ones, buy then in bulk – will be very useful in emergency. Even bare copper is recognized by the US EPA to be the best natural microbicide – bacteria and viruses – disables them within an hour or so. Now the hospitals are “freaking out” because they have invested in stainless steel – which turns out to, however, harbor bacteria and viruses. Now they are replacing the SS with copper in operating theatres, etc. Hospitals also now replacing SS door knobs with brass or copper (old tech coming back in – was best all along) Same with silver cutlery – turns out that the silver oxide and silver itself is a natural bug killer as well. Stainless steel became popular because no need to polish the silver but it has 2 problems 1. It harbors bacteria 2. Some people allergic to nickel of chromium – so we shot ourselves in the foot you might say – lol! 00:47: In Korea there is a big fashion in use of silver ware. 00:48: Rick: Silver is also a good detector of poison – used by royalty, etc., for this reason – changes color. 00:49: Rick talks about the 100+ year old silver spoon he inherited from an aunt. 00:50: Discussion of gold extraction as discussed in the morning workshop CuO CH3 CO2 GANS with mercury in presence of radioactive contamination – gives a sediment of gold. He mentioned tritium ( a radioactive H+) – can be found in seawater.

00:54: Rick speculates that you might get gold out of some of the rivers that were contaminated by gold miners using mercury. Also discussed the Flint, Michigan crisis- the town water supply contaminated with Pb (lead) because they switched to the Flint river for the town supply. The water from the river is so corrosive that it released lead from the pipes and contaminated the water supply. Now after a few years of protest they are dealing with the situation – the National Guard is now distributing bottled water to the citizens. It is quite ironic that a General Motors car factory refused to use the Flint public water supply because the water would cause the car panels to rust before they could get any paint on them. This is maybe an area where the Kf could be involved for example in cleaning the water supply with the use of copper scrubbies. 01:02: MK comes on the line: Agrees that we need to be able to respond to emergencies like this. Brings up the fact that our enemies always serve us – in this case apparently they have produced a list of Kfs and Kf supporters around the world. We can see from this that we have the manpower to respond to emergencies like this – amazing how our enemies serve us! Maybe we will discuss this in KS workshop 98 tomorrow - we need coordination. The city of Dubai has 180 different nationalities living in it – multinational ++ we had a choice between China and Dubai. Dubai is cosmopolitan – we came here a month ago to check it out and here a lot of work is already done – the structure is there. Sheikh Muhammad is neutral and peaceful. MK tells the story of how UAE United Arab Emirates is made up of 7 sheikdoms and one of them sent 2 warplanes to help the Americans. But the leader of UAE said no – that sheikdom would be out of UAE if they sent warplanes. 01:08: We work within the structure of the UN to bring about a peaceful transition, new taxation for peace, to bring men in line with the Universal family. MK has already asked Armen to take leadership in organizing the world government (just as he helped Sylvester in setting up global manufacturing) 01:10: We now reach 300-400 million people listening to the Kf. It is good

we move to an Islamic country as Islamic culture has been the backbone of western science for 1000+ years. UAE has just under 10 million population but fewer than 1.4 million are local nationals – the other 8 million people are Internationals. In Dubai there is 3-4 million people but locals are only a few hundred thousand. In this culture they are already used to working with multiple cultures and races – better than the Italian government. A lot of support was received in Italy and Kf Italy will continue. Giovanni will do Italian workshops on weekends (he is all over Italy during the week) Barletta will stay as the headquarters of Kf Europe. Shenzhen will be the teaching centre in China – but Dubai is perfect as a brand new cosmopolitan culture – built to be a new world government – no hangover from ancient times. 01:15: Rick: Will the Kf be joined by other organizations to form the world government? MK: This will be a decision made by the core group including Rick , Vince, Brett, Armen, etc. We have been approached by a number of different organizations – we will wait and see. 01:20: A number of world scientists have thrown in the towel and joined the Kf. We are in a good position that we can’t take in dead bodies like Greenpeace – they will destroy us from within – we are aware of their agenda – we have been approached by several orgs like this but we have to look closely at their agendas and the possible harm they might do – we will take our time. We know world leaders are watching us closely – they know we will stand up not as a national government – they don’t see us as a danger but as a way to solve their problems. The UN was set up to resolve problems but has caused even bigger problems – the Kf can resolve these problems – Brett and the others are sorting it all out – the National Kfs will appoint their ambassadors to the World government – these people will be chosen by people not by national governments – this will happen by June/July. We will decide the American election – the President will be elected based on his position for Peace – we will create a huge number of jobs for Peace. I can see the future – how it will happen – some people will try and abuse it but will not succeed as we rejoin the Universal community. As we set up the World Government nobody will be head, least of all me – this will lead to opening to the Universal Community. 01:27: We will choose the seat of the world government in the next few

days then we will allow other groups to join us. People will choose what Kf they join according to the language – this will cross national borders – will not go according to national boundaries – there will be no national borders in the New World. 01:30: Rick: John in Livestream mentions that China is setting up a UN replacement in Shanghai. MK: This was brought up a couple of days ago that Iran would be one of the permanent members – that’s why the Chinese president was in Tehran last Friday – this is politically based – it will not sort out the world’s problems – it is in opposition to the American-based UN now that China has the muscle to do it. In the coming months we will meet with President Xie to discuss the world government in Dubai. 01:32: We have to be able to respond to disasters. Mike Nashif will be pivotal in the way he is working in the US – but let us crawl before we run. Here in Dubai we will not be bogged down by EU regulations. We have some legal structures, Brett is working on this. We will use the Kfs of countries to set up the our world government. We will see how people decide to change. Most of the work is done – only T’s to be crossed and I’s dotted. Dubai is the perfect place for it. Manufacturing has to be in place then we announce the government – we will form the structure through correct conduct. We are very well known to national embassies – we have to be correct and not become arrogant, we are one of the most powerful public organizations representing the people. 01:38: I tell you one thing – we are already organizing the first meeting of the world government. I have already spoken to the hotel management, and they can cater for thousands. 0139: Rick: Thank you very much that is very inspiring. MK: The strange thing is I used to fly out to meet people, now they are all flying into Dubai to see what can be organized – people are already flying in from all over the world. They see we are correct, we are sharing everything freely. We destroyed a lot of patent restrictions, which was the biggest problems for the governments –and we are demolishing barriers. As long as we don’t make the same mistakes as other organizations that have joined governments – we stay totally within our own funding so we control ourselves. The cost of the operation in Africa is going to be colossal –

already tens of thousands of euros per month – the governments are seeing we are solving their problems – we stay independent and open and not arrogant and we support ourselves. We have already succeeded – now it is a matter of putting the structure to finish the job – Any Questions? 01:42: Robert: presents a double-walled cup with rings and coils in the layer between the walls of the cups. MK: Armen has built these cups – there is room for these things – it is just finding the applications. 01:46: Question: Can the nano-wires be put in the water? MK: No – no water is pure – always contains some salt and the salt will release some GANS into the water and then you drink it – if we put the nano wires in the water we get pH change – when we cover the wire with plastic we don’t see that so much – if you put a nano wire to purify water you will get some GANS which needs to be digested. 01:48: Rick: So it might remove the heavy metals but it will produce a GANS of those metals? MK: 100% it does. R: So the heavy metals stick to the nano layers but then might produce a GANS. MK: Yes – that’s why we have to be careful. R: What if the water was de-ionized or distilled? MK: It’s still the same – this needs a lot of investigation. Chinese are investigating this and Benjamin in Ghana – we are getting detailed data on the decontamination of water in Ghana – the government is working with us on this – the data coming through is telling us it is like drinking water. The results are amazing – detailed results from different waters around Ghana – we release the data in the next week or so. However whenever you have salt in the water you release GANS and this is a problem – you have to allow the GANS to settle for at least an hour before you can drink the water. 01:52: Rick: Interesting – I would like to do some work on this – thank you very much Mr. Keshe (MK has to go and do another day of teaching!) 01:54: Marek: Question: wondering how to adjust the fields with the walk through the system to focus, for example, on a pancreas cancer - Rick answers as MK has left – says he knows Renan and Co. work with certainty. Also mentions how Kosol (Bara May) worked with his system as demonstrated in yesterday’s Blueprint workshop – by 3 different modes of

communication 1. Feeling 2. Vision 3. Speech. Also some of the devices like Renan’s put out a general balancing field so everything comes into balance – more experience and testing required to get more certainty. Rick adds that there is a huge amount of cancer around and if we start getting dramatic results from this it is going to be revolutionary – “this is a ground up roots revolution – Grandmas are sitting at home winding up their own coils!
