• The workshop must be as participative as possible.
• Several scenarios will be given to participants, they will be in groups, will discuss & offer answers to the questions posed
Club Membership Chairperson
Your position is important for the health & vitality of your club as well as for its ability to serve the community
You will be responsible for organising membership growth efforts & ensure that membership goals are being met
• Understand your position & get organised• Use planning calendar to plan your year
(time spent preparing now will be worth it)• Form a membership committee• Become familiar with all resources available• Set goals with board and establish action plan
