Step 1

Remove the front bar and the reinforcement bar.

Step 2 Remove the standard top mount intercooler

and brackets etc...

Step 3 Remove cold air flow box and disconnected

the Air Flow Meter.

Step 4 Put cable behind Bracket!

Step 5

~Install Piping~ *Attach Air Flow Meter Pipe

(Note: Attach Air Flow Meter Back to pipe)

* Assemble cold air intake pipe to the Air Flow Meter Pipe

* Connect Air Pod to the cold air intake pipe as seen in the picture

* Attach Top Driver Side Pipe to the throttle as seen in the picture.

(NOTE: Be sure to mount bracket securely.)

* Attach Bottom Driver Side Pipe to the bottom of the Top Driver Side Pipe, which runs

from the throttle.

* Attach Top Driver Side pipe to turbo outlet.

* Attach Middle passenger side pipe to the bottom of the Top Driver Side Pipe, which runs from the turbo.

*Attach Bottom Passenger Side Pipe to the bottom of the Middle Pipe.

*Trim plastic

guard tray enough so that

it doesn’t interfere with

the intercooler or

it’s piping.

*Mount the Hybrid Intercooler Brackets & the Hybrid Intercooler

into position

and connect

the piping

*Trim front bar back just enough to avoid it rubbing on the Hybrid Intercooler and it’s piping.

*Double check all the piping

and clamps to make

sure everything

is tightened

and correctly

into position.
