‘Signing up as a Peace of Mind client was one of the smartest decisions we have made as an organisation… Highly recommended.‘

Scott McCarthy, Southampton University Student Union

‘Good employee relationships are vital to the success of Ahmarra but many complex situations can arise and we appreciate having the highly professional and experienced Warner Goodman team on hand to offer support and guidance.’

Kellie Doran, Finance Director, Ahmarra.

Peace of Mind allows you rapid access to professional guidance without the fear of escalating legal costs, giving you highly effective and common sense support to avoid or manage the risk.

Peace of Mind provides your business with one-stop legal and HR advice in 3 easy steps.

Step One - Document Audit

Contracts of employment and staff handbooks are the foundation of your relationship with your staff so you need documentation you can rely on. We will carry out an audit of your existing paperwork, provide you with a report as to any areas for improvement and will prepare any new documents that you need, specifically tailored for your business.

“What immediately impressed me with the Peace of Mind team is that we were working with topEmployment Law solicitors unlike the previous suppliers whose support was given via a Call Centreby ‘legal experts’.”

Steve Oliver, Ahmarra

Step Two - Designated Adviser

You will have a designated solicitor available by telephone and email. They will provide advice which is centred around your business ethos and commercial needs. Unlike other providers we are not a call centre so you will receive consistent advice and won’t waste your valuable time repeating yourself to successive advisers.

“I cannot speak highly enough of the service we have received. Our queries are always dealt with promptly and the advice we receive is clear and practical.”

Malcolm Willis, University of Winchester.

Step Three - Training

Our standard package includes two sessions per year with training for your managers on claims avoidance, which helps them spot potential pitfalls and ensure they can recognise when they may need help. We also offer 2 free places each year at one of our Masterclasses.

“We signed up for Peace of Mind a few years ago and have been very impressed by the service and advice that we have received. We consider this to be an essential service to our business and would thoroughly recommend the peace of mind package.”

Graham Jacobs, Director, Portmore Insurance
