Maybe you’ve visited the websites of Trulia or Zillow only to � nd that by the time the listing � nally meanders its way to one of their servers, it’s already under contract. � e demand for residential property in Northwest Denver has risen markedly in the last year. � e number of transactions has risen almost 17% in these last 12 months versus the previous 12 months. � e average sold price for a home in the last 12 months is up 7.6% over the previous 12 months to $293,565, which is up almost 11% over 2 years ago. � e average selling price this past April was $301,099 with an average of 67 days in market; down from the previous April’s 94 days.
