Use this outline to help you decide which posts you want to include in your party, including sample graphics for each post, additional graphics you can choose from, and suggestions on what to say! Is this your Launch Party, Grand Opening or a business refresh? Pay close attention to the specific tips in red font.

QUICK TIPS:1. Use this Facebook Party Checklist to ensure you and your Host don’t miss a thing

throughout your Party!

2. Create Event - Be strategic with your Group and/or Event description – write something that makes

guests feel welcome and excited. - Example: “Can’t wait for you to drop in and learn over the next 4 days! Look forward to it!”

3. Host Coaching - Coaching is KEY to a successful online event. Be sure to engage Host(s) and guests before

the party.

4. Posts - Personalize your posts and make the party represent you – be real, be genuine. - Don’t post too many product posts before your party starts – you don’t want to give too

much away about your party. - Post about 4 times before the party starts, starting about 3 days before the start date.

5. Thank You - Send a “thank you” message to each person who orders.

3 Days Before Party

Welcome guests and share why you chose Norwex – make it personal! They want to get to know YOU, a real person. Tag those who RSVP. Build excitement. Encourage guests to invite friends.Launch Party Tip: Share how excited you are about your new business and thank your friends and family for coming to support you.

2 Days Before Party

Ask your Host to go live or post a video with their favorite Norwex product or personal Norwex before/after story!Alternative option: Thank Host for having a party and recognize the Host by asking them to share their favorite Norwex product!Launch Party Tip: YOU are the Host of your own Launch Party – instead of this post, you could share a quick live video of why you joined Norwex!

2 Days Before Party

Share a post on how Norwex can help create a safer home and environment by removing harmful chemicals – many people are not aware that cleaning products contain toxic ingredients.

Example: “#3. Crazy, huh?A single Norwex EnviroCloth can significantly reduce your paper towel use = less trees cut down and more money in your pocket you’re not spending on paper towels. Day Before Party

Share a post on how Norwex can help your guests save money - or make it personal by sharing a family photo if it relates (i.e. photo of kid at hockey game)Launch Party Tip: Make this post about something that YOU love about Norwex and you know your family and friends will love too! What will speak to your audience – saving money, time or creating a healthier home?

Example: “#4. Did you know the average household spends $600- $800/yr on cleaning supplies? YIKES. What could you do with an extra $800? Norwex is helping me buy new hockey gear for my son!”


#5.

5 minutes before party start time

Get everyone excited – 5 minute warning before party starts.Ask Host to be ready and comment with a photo of herself in her pjs, and you do the same! Launch Party Tip: Since you’re the Host, be silly and share a photo of yourself in the funniest PJ’s you have.

Example: “#5. This party is about to start! We want to see your best virtual party outfit. Share a picture in the comments below!My favorite part of an online party – partying in my PJ’s!”

1 minute post

This is your chance to connect with your guests and love on your Host. Let everyone know that the party is starting!Launch Party Tip: YOU are your own Host. For this post, you could share the opportunity for your friends and family to host their own party – share how many FREE products they can earn through our generous Host Rewards program.

Example: “#6. Let’s PARTY!! Thank you, <HOST NAME> for bringing us all together in this epic Facebook Party. Comment below – how do you know the Host and share three words to describe you so we can get to know you!”


#7.

2 minute post

Post an interactive post or roll call post! For example: share multiple before/after photos. Use your own or select images from Flickr. Encourage guests to comment when they have arrived. Give them some basic instructions how the party will work. Launch Party Tip: Since this is one of your first parties, you could simply ask “Have you heard of Norwex or been to a Norwex party before? I would love to see who my Norwex newbies are! Comment below.”

Example: “#7. Here’s how the party will work - I’m going to go Live shortly for about 20 minutes and I will share all kinds of exciting things with you LIVE! Then you can shop with me or ask any questions you have. I’ll be happy to answer them!Check out some of these before/after photos – which of these is MOST shocking?!”

Approx. 15-20 minutes

It’s time to go LIVE! Nervous? Don’t be – you got this! Ask the party guests what their next steps are in their Norwex journey. Share the party link and tell them they can click to shop. This post is important for follow-ups on orders, booking future parties and having people join your Norwex business. You’ll want to follow up right away with anyone interested in hosting a party.Launch Party Tip: Your ultimate goal right now is to book more parties. You can ask, “Who would love to earn a TON of FREE Norwex products?” to find out who may be potential Hosts to follow up with.

Example: “#9. What was your biggest “ah-ha” moment from this party? Share in the comments below!You can also ask me any questions you may have in the comments below too.”

2 minutes

Thank your guests for attending and let them know that this concludes the party! Remind them the date and time of when the party will close.

Example: “#10. It’s time to go shopping! You have until <DATE/TIME> to shop so take your time and browse, we want you to choose the perfect items for you!”

Day after the party

Check in on your event by posting an image letting your guests know you are still available and happy to answer questions.Launch Party Tip: You may not have all the answers, but you have all the resources available to find out! Use TheResource.Norwex.com or TheResourceCA.Norwex.com, NoRA on your Consultant Office or contact the Consultant Care Center.

Example: “#11. Now that you’ve been looking through ALL of the Norwex amazingness – you may have questions! <<Host NAME>> and I are available for any questions you have. Just tag us right here on this post!”


#12.

Morning of the day you’re closing your party

Post an image/video/go live to remind guests the party will close soon and to get orders in. Give shout outs and thank the guests who have already placed orders – it’s good for everyone to see that people are supporting your business and help encourage more orders!Launch Party Tip: Thank everyone for supporting your during this exciting time of launching your new business.

Before your close your party

Thank your Host and guests one final time. Make sure to share your contact info and invite them to join your Facebook VIP Group.Recognize and give a special thanks to anyone who booked a party! This can help remind others to book too. Remember – one of your goals is to build your party calendar!Launch Party Tip: Again, YOU are the Host. Focus on thanking your friends and family who placed orders and booked parties. And DEFINITELY share your contact information!
