Ladies of all ages are invited to join us at “The Marketplace” to do a little shopping for some spiritual fruit!
The 2012 Northwest Tampa Ladies Day will be held on Saturday, Sep-tember 8, 2012 here at the church building. We will begin at 8:30AM with registration. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. We will hear from several women of our own congregation speak to us on the sub-ject of “Fruit of the Spirit”. We will enjoy a great time of fellowship, singing, food, games and crafts! Be sure to sign up on the bulletin board across from the church office.
Please invite your family, friends and neighbors to come out and ex-perience this new spin on an old favorite. You will not want to miss this!

School Tutoring Update
Monica Greaves is heading up the tutoring this year. It is FREE to Elementary and Middle School students and will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 be-ginning this week. Hopefully by having it at a later time this year, more people who have to work can make it. Those needing this service should contact Monica (813-390-7080) by the Sunday before, to let her know they are coming so she can ar-range tutors. If you can help with the tutoring and would be willing to be on a call list, please phone or email her at [email protected].

Your choice to join us in worship to God is a bless-ing to us. It is our privilege to welcome you this morning. If you have not previously worshipped with the Northwest Tampa Church of Christ, we would like to familiarize you with our service. If you have children, we have exceptional care for them during the worship hour so that you can focus on your spiritual development:
K-4th Grade “Kids Kingdom” located in Fellowship-2 4-5 Year Olds “Children’s Worship” located in Room 9 3 Year Olds “Children’s Worship” located in Room 7 2 Year Old “Nursery” located in Room 5 Infants “Nursery” located in Room 4
Both nurseries are beautiful and clean with space for them to play and be nurtured.
Our style of worship is simple, patterned after the examples and teachings of the earliest Christians in the New Testament.
Note: Parents should leave to pick up their kids at the end of the Invitation song.

Keith’s Kitchen…
Keith’s Kitchen is an opportunity to
support our work in Honduras. Each
Wednesday at 6:15PM Keith pre-
pares a delicious meal. The teens
help with the dessert, drinks and
clean-up. All proceeds go to the ac-
counts of students who help. There
is no set fee but your generous
checks should be made to Tampa
Youth Missions. If you or your child
plans to go on next years trip, we
need someone from each family to
sign up to bring dessert. A calendar
sign-up sheet is on the bulletin
board so please pick your weeks.
Dessert this week: Forcht, Reid,
Lake.
Promotion Sunday…
Just as a reminder, TODAY is when
the children/teen classes move up
the grade they are currently in at
school, with the exception of the
current 6th and 9th graders who
moved up in June.
Sew & Sews…
On Friday, September 14 at
10:00AM we are having our first
meeting of the Sew & Sews for the
new season. Lunch will be served so
please sign up so we will know how
much food to have Keith prepare.
Kids Kingdom…
A reminder to parents that children
in Kids Kingdom should be in Kinder-
garten to 4th grade only.
Fishing Fellowship…
A one day fishing trip is being
planned for Saturday, Sept. 22. To-
day is last day for payment. See

PB&J Sunday…
On Sunday, September 23 we are going
to gather for lunch in the Fellowship
Hall for Peanut Butter & Jelly sand-
wiches. One of our Men’s groups will
be preparing them for you. Drinks and
chips will also be provided. Then we
will donate the money we would have
spent going out to a restaurant, to a
fund for two of our church families in
need. This will be a great day of fun
and fellowship!
Neighborhood Ladies Bible Study…
Have you ever wondered what Jesus
was really like as he lived on earth day-
after-day? We invite and encourage
you to join us each Wednesday begin-
ning September 5 at 10:00AM in Fel-
lowship-2 when we begin the Neighbor-
hood Ladies Bible Study DVD presenta-
tion of How Jesus Valued Women.
Workbooks needed for discussion after
the presentation will cost $10. Child
care will be available for children under
age 5. If you plan to attend, please sign
up on the NLBS sheet on the bulletin
board across from office #1, and indi-
cate if you are bringing a child under 5.
