Northern Region College Bureau (NRCB) The Northern Region Colleges Bureau (NRCB) had invited proposals from permanent teachers of the Colleges of Northern Region for taking up of Minor

Research Projects (MRP). Out of the received proposals, the proposals placed at Annexure-I cannot be processed, as they are incomplete. The Assessment Certificate (Annexure-VIII), required as per XIIth Plan Guidelines is not enclosed. Applicants are requested to kindly re-submit their proposals complete in all respects by 14th August, 2014, to enable the Bureau to process their proposals. Also those applicants whose names are not indicated in the list but have already submitted or would submit their proposals up to 31st July, 2014 are requested to forward their proposals as per XIIth Plan guidelines (annexing Assessment Certificate(Annexure-VIII), if not already done. Further the Colleges/Institutions forwarding the proposals must be included under Section 2(f) and 12(B) of UGC Act, 1956.
