Real Estate Firms Optimistic Commercial real estate firms were more likely than residential firms to cite local or regional economic conditions as their biggest challenge, while residential firms were more likely to mention competition from non-traditional market participants and virtual firms. Findings are from NAR’s 2019 Profile of Real Estate Firms, just out.

PARAGON RELEASE

Exciting news!

The 5.69 Agent Update Video is here! Join Paragon Pete as he "sells" you on the new features

and enhancements in the 5.69 update!

SHOWING TIME APP

IRMLS is working on information about the Showing Time App for Sellers. It is a great tool for agents to use but not all

agents understand the process for sellers to access and use the app. Hopefully this will help.

An agent’s Showing Time account can be accessed in Paragon>Preferences>Showing Time Set Up

When an agent adds a seller as a contact to the listing (by clicking “Add Owner/Occupant”), the seller will

receive an email inviting them to install and use the mobile app for sellers. After clicking “Add

Owner/Occupant”, the agent is able to enter the name and contact information for their seller (second

screenshot).

The setting “Mobile App Access” is defaulted to “yes” which triggers the email to the seller.

(More on next page)

From the seller’s mobile app, sellers are able to confirm, cancel, or reschedule showings, view their listing

activity report, and change their profile settings.

The listing agent is notified of all confirmed/cancelled/rescheduled appointments made by the seller via the

contact method indicated in the “Notify of Confirmed/Canceled Appts By:” column of the contacts section of

the listing (refer to first screenshot again).
